We placed an order on DoorDash to Franks pizza- where a worker delivers your food, however never received our order. I called the store and spoke to someone, confirming that I never received the order. He hung up on me, first of all not how you treat customers. So I called back and asked if they were going to remake and redeliver the order which he said yes- they would take care of it. Still never received my pizza so DoorDash called and spoke with them and they said they delivered the order and would not remake it- when they must have delivered it to the wrong house. Awful customer service and disappointing when it’s the stores fault-and they can’t even remake you a pizza. I wouldn’t call and say it didn’t get delivered if I really got our food.

We stopped here on our way home from Mohawk for a slice. The customer service was top notch. It was later at night and they were low on slices. They quickly made us a whole pizza and it was excellent. It was my sons birthday and they went above and beyond to make him feel special. The pizza was fantastic and the people were even more amazing. It will definitely be our go to spot on the way home from the mountain when we are out that way.

We ordered 5 pies. Two Scillian, chicken bacon ranch with white sauce, cheese pizza, and a Philly steak pizza. Amazing!! The sauce was delicious and they were all cooked perfectly! Our first time here Our new family pizza place!

I used to love ordering from here. Until a very bad experience last night. Our pizza had no sauce. So it was literally just cheese and nasty crust. The wings were horrible, soggy cold French fries…. The calzone was okay but after spending $75 on food here that ended up being bad, we are never going to order here again. Maybe new chef? Either way, save your money and go elsewhere.

We ordered wings and jalapeño poppers. One Buffalo with bone and one order BBQ without bone. The boneless came with no sauce although we got extra BBQ bone in wings to compensate. The Buffalo I got in hot, there is no flavor and not spicy at all and no flavor for the boneless wongs we ordered as well but at least the jalapeño poppers were great!

Always reliably good Italian food, ready quickly and at a reasonable price. A small town kinda place that prepares very good dinners and pizza. One of my favorites is the small calzone with cheese and meat. Plenty for one or more people. Golden brown crust. Nice price.
