The location appears to be closed, yet they don’t remove it from google maps. The phone number doesn’t work, and when you call the another location to ask if this one exists, they don’t know. I’ve never even eaten here but so far they aren’t helping.

One of the bathrooms is marked as out of service, the other bathroom has no hand soap. I told the lady at the counter they didn’t have soap and she said they are getting a delivery in 15 minutes and I could use hand sanitizer. 25 minutes later and no soap delivery. I left and I realized half way through eating my food that I don’t know how the employees are washing their hands without soap. I’m not sure if hand sanitizer is a viable substitute. I’m going to call corporate.

I like the idea of coming in and getting some hot good tasting fast food that you feel good about eating. This place is one of my favorite fast stops for lunch. The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. I come here on a regular basis and always enjoy the food. Highly recommend

This location only gives you 1 Hot Sauce or 2 Magic Sauces per bowl. They charge an additional ¢30 for each sauce. If you enjoy your bowls saucy and spicy like me, then it’s about to get real expensive at this specific Flame Broiler. Additionally they often don’t answer their phones.

Had an issue with the lady at the cash register i always get veggies on the side in a separate bowl nd she was giving me a hard time every other flame broiler i go to doesnt have a problem but this one does . food is good but the customer service is bad. Also i noticed she gave me very little meat and rice when i usually get a good amount. Not satisfied with this place at all !
