I will never go back to this place! All the food was cold, soggy, small tenders. When they gave it to me at the window I did a UTURN and went in the restaurant and spoke with a manager and I told them I wanted my money back or remake it. It literally seem like they microwaved it and gave it back. The bread taste horrible. I don’t know what that stuff is on the bread but it’s not butter the tenders were extra small and not crispy!! The fries were soggy. They remade it and it still wasn’t up to par for zaxbys! It has to be the crew! I’ve never experienced this before! I want my money back asap! They just ruined my favorite “Wings and thingz”

The fries with chicken bacon ranch fries were good! I give it a 9.5 out of 10 . I was hoping for a side of jalapeños as I feel it would have complimented the dish perfectly but they did not have any. I wish the cheese was melted down a bit more, but other than that for ME it was a decent amount of chicken. I actually ended up with more chicken than I did fries. With a little bit of mild sauce.

Food looks mediocre at best. Ordered two meals, both were not hot and my grilled chicken sandwich came without any chicken. Management should seriously check their staff. Ordered around 6pm dec 26th.

Ordered a wings and things boneless with Coleslaw instead of fries . Sounds easy right !? Well I gave them benefit of the doubt and waited until I arrived home to open the box and saw that I only received 2two thirds of the wings and things meal . I was missing the chicken tenders . I had to drive back there to get it fixed , I was asked to come inside the restaurant which I declined and offered a more reasonable solution for myself “ the paying customer “ the cashier at window then said to me that I was running up the drive through time , I said well I can pull up a few feet and you can fix my order and bring it to my car . NO APOLOGIES GIVEN . INCOMPETENCE IS THE NAME OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! The lack of customer service and the blatant disregard for customers time and money is at all time high here . I’m just going to leave everything at the window and ask for a full refund next time .

The food was fine tonight. I have eaten here several times and it’s usually good. They were out of salad and coleslaw tonight and the line was around the building. So occasional hiccups like this will hold a star hostage but it is just fast food. I’ll always come back, even if the boneless wings are just saucy popcorn chicken.

I live relatively close to this zaxbys and I now go across town to the other ones, because this one is the worst in Montgomery. There’s always something wrong with my food (it’s always no sauces, or drinks always flat, or got the complete wrong order). The service here is also not very pleasant. They are always unhappy and usually in a mood. Also, I try going inside (sometimes not even close to closing time) and it’s usually locked even after Covid. Also, this zaxbys is the slowest in Montgomery by far. The last time I went (May of 2023) the line was wrapped around the building and the inside was locked. I wish this zaxbys was just as nice as the others!

This is the worse one in Montgomery. Go to another one. Bad management, employees are unpleasant and they are always out of things. Way too expensive for half sauced wings and salads that barely contain lettuce .
