I have come to this place for 10 years. Since COVID the quality of this place has significantly decreased. In the past month I have ordered 3 times, one time each week (as an example) and each time the experience was lacking. I called the restaurant from work to make an order and the phone rang and rang for 25 minutes straight on 2 occasions. (I do have the app)

Ordered the coconut curry tofu, flavor was off and the amount of tofu that was there was soggy. Coworker got the chicken pad tai, noodles were good, however the chicken was so bland. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

If I could give no stars I would. The customer service at this establishment is extremely disappointing. It has been over 15 days since not receiving my order. I reached out to the corporate office via email and spoke to three managers, all of whom abruptly ended the calls after assuring me that my money would be refunded. I would recommend going to a smaller business like Thai Lao .

The alarm in the kitchen goes off all the time. . whenever something is hot? . so, all the time. It is company policy, constant alarms. It is loud and high pitched. Extremely unpleasant. I will never come here again. I’m just waiting to take out. Not worth waiting in this screeching stress. Too bad because I like the food.

I have ordered from this location many times over the last 3 years or so. This last time. It just felt off. The my food looked and tasted different then what i have come to expect from Pei Wei. Even the rice was off. I don’t know if they franchised out or have a different owner, but the quality has definitely dropped. Which is a shame. I always really enjoyed Pei Wei. Imo they used to be on par with PF changs, with quality and freshness and its obviously not anymore .

Stopped by to pick up lunch and all of the gentleman working there were extremely nice, friendly and attentive. It’s so sad that we don’t experience this type of service at restaurants anymore. But Pei Wei staff, you are killin it. I would gladly drive out to you again and again.

Ahi Avocado Salad. For the first time trying this out I thought it was good. The crispy noodles could have been better. The sauce has a spicy bite , was good though. My wife and I like this location, its clean, the staff and food has been good all the times we have been in.

I have been getting Pad thai for years at this location and the last purchase was not up tp par. It had very little shrimp and nothing else but noodles. Please go back to old recipe that had bean sprouts, carrots,tofu etc.paying for just noodles is disappointing.
