The sandwich was decent but after telling 3 workers I ordered the turkey and avocado it was still wrong. I got back to my desk as I walked there on lunch break only to realize there was NO avocado on my “AVO TURKEY” . How do you not add avocado when avocado is in the name?? So I went back the store and the cashier offered to give me the avocado “on the side”. I explained that I would prefer a new sandwich made correctly which the manager quickly accommodated. I got back to work and there were two tiny pieces of avocado and not nearly as much turkey as the first sandwich. I mean there was BARELY anything other than bread. My Co worker went to the same location about an hour after me and ordered the same sandwich and the maker failed to add the avocado to her sandwich as well. He also tried to hand the wrong sandwich to the guy in front me . Again, the sandwiches are decent, not very flavorful but the guy making the sandwiches needs to wake up or pay attention to what he’s doing. I wish I could say the sandwich was amazing but I couldn’t tell with only 2 slivers of avocado and thinly sliced turkey that was barley there. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING

I had the Mediterranean sandwich here and it was a little disappointing. The bread was well toasted but most of of the other ingredients were still chilled and the combination wasn’t particularly tasty. I also wish that they had a menu that did more to stand out from other sandwich chains.

Really good sandwiches. The Cuban was a great sandwich with good tasting pulled pork, though could have had a bit more pork. Also tried the turkey club, Pizza sandwich, and A Wreck. All were very filling and the bread was really good. Enjoyed the experience and the view.

I like Potbelly sandwiches, but the universe seems to be against me having them. For some reason, ordering a sandwich “thin cut” (as offered on the menu board) was too complicated. After waiting in line for 15 minutes before reaching the counter, it took another 20 full minutes to get an original wreck on multigrain. Between 5 and 10 other customers received their sandwiches while I continued to wait. I think in all the girl prepping sandwiches made three or four versions before getting it right, including a small (skinny) on multigrain, an original on white, an original thin cut on white….there was just zero sense of urgency or focus on listening to my rather simple order. I was getting lunch with an old friend who lives across the country, and it took so long to get my food that we did not even get to sit down together. The lady on the other end of the prep line was pleasant but did not push to get my order through, and overall service at every Potbelly’s location I have visited regularly disappoints.

Delicious! Kind and speedy service. Couldn’t have asked for a fresher sandwich. I watched the kind server slice up an avocado right before my eyes. . I would also recommend the mac&cheese . The chocolate chip cookie bar is the perfect dessert .

First time coming here and I am a bit upset on how my sandwich was not made correctly. As this is my first time here, I read the menu and felt I would love to try the Mediterranean sandwich. The guy asked me what all I wanted on my sandwich and I asked to put everything that comes on the sandwich. Unfortunately as I got back to my office desk, I see that did not happen. He slapped two cucumbers on there and that’s it…. Either he was being lazy or he didn’t know what all comes on this sandwich. I also had a cold brew shake that tasted nothing like a cold brew. No coffee taste at all. I’m assuming this was made incorrectly as well. Disappointed for my first visit.
