This establishment has the rudest employees ive ever met. The cashier ignored us for 15 minutes to talk to other employees. Their customer service skils are extremely low their attitudes are highly unprofessional. Love the jacks restaurants but will most definitely be going to other locations. Will never return.

As always there is a line stretching out into the road so I parked and went in. I hoped it would be faster. Clara took my order this morning around 10:10 am. I sausage biscuit and coffee. I went and got my coffee and waited. I saw the biscuit on the prepared and left on the warmer. Clara took several orders. She prepared drinks. She didn’t get my biscuit. I waited 13 minutes and finally asked for my biscuit. She belligerently got it and handed it to me with a nasty look on her face and told me thank you. I will never visit this Jacks again. This Jacks has chronic problems.

After the remodel this place has went down. They rip people off by selling something that the customer doesn’t receive. When a person placed an order, they should receive it exactly as advertised. I will NOT return due to the inconsiderate decisions this restaurant uses to save money by ripping off customers. When I order a shake, I want the whole thing and nothing less. When I order chicken tenders, I want chicken fingers not tiny strips of chicken.

Mega Chicken!! My first trip to this chain and I ordered the fried chicken dinner. I made a mistake by ordering two breasts thinking they’d be typical like other competitors in size. Boy was I wrong I swear each one was a whole chicken.. lol! Very juicy very tasty and huge. The gravy on my potatoes was excellent as was the biscuit with honey. I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for legit fried Chicken, just be careful of ordering too much, haha!

Went in at 930 am to order breakfast. Stood in line for 30 minutes. 3 people still in front of me and they had to stop taking orders. My health don’t let me just stand there like that. Would have gone thru drive thru but that line was already impeding traffic. I ended up leaving with absolutely nothing.
