I have visited this Boston Market location on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, my experiences have been far from satisfactory. The order buffet was consistently half empty, leaving very limited choices for customers. To add to the frustration, the beverage fountain has been out of order during my last three visits, which is quite disappointing for a restaurant of this caliber.

Supervisor Tolan is AMAZING! Please visit this location to be service by him. Ordered food on Boston Markets Website for the Homewood location. MNL got to the location to pick up only to see a sign on door saying sorry we’re closed! Called five locations before someone picked up. Low and behold it was Tolan’s location. He took his time to understand my issue while running a evening rush. His manager Melissa just so happened showed up while I was on hold. He explained the situation, she got on the phone and apologized. Said how this matter would be corrected. I am truly appreciative of both you guy’s help! This is what good customer service means.

Horrible place. Service was the worst service I’ve had in a restaurant. In the middle of making my plate they left to take care of another customer. They told me rice would be done in 5 minutes come back and say 20 minutes. And food looked old and nun satisfying. DO NOT RECOMMEND

By far the worst service I’ve ever had in any Restaurant & Boston market came in to have dinner with my family the place looked like they were getting ready to close half of the hot table was empty and the food didn’t look like it had been refreshed I asked the gentleman behind the counter if they were closing he said no we close at 10pm this was at 7pm you have the place looking like this 3 hrs prior closing!!! Unbelievable I went on to place my order and they didn’t even had enough veggies for 2 dinner plates I told the guy behind the counter that I didn’t feel like waiting for veggies to just give me a side of Mac & cheese but it looked like the cashier had a problem with that because he went on saying but you ask for broccoli not Mac & Cheese I said if there is a problem I don’t mind paying more and he went on wit the same phrase over and over I order a chicken sandwich for my son and they all looked like they didn’t know what I was talking about apparently there was no chicken ready not even for a Nashville sandwich my son got his food half way cooked who ever runs this store should be ashamed of yourself to even consider yourself a manager place felt dirty no costumer service and definitely no hospitality I should of pay attention to the first red flag that place was empty during dinner peak time and been over staff with zero to none work ethic been projected.

Last time i went here ! The cashier told me they don’t have any plastic fork or spoon ! So i went to the store to buy some disposable utensils and i came back ! When we are eating i saw another customers the cashier told them the don’t have plastic fork but they have plastic spoon … good food ! But really bad customer service ! In that store people doesn’t look happy working like other boston market restaurants
