Tried to order a pizza, was told pan pizzas are currently not available. I would need to order a different type of crust. It’s Pizza Hut, pan pizzas is what they’re famous for.. How could they not have it.. restaurant was very clean and pretty. Would definitely visit again if there was some guarantee they would have pan pizzas.

The food is good, but the service is super slow, and for goodness sake, bring back your actual menus. Whoever bought the cheap a$$ printer and decided to print it without color is a cheapskate and a fool. Don’t even attempt to try to figure out what the wing flavors are from the poorly printed, mostly black, and white menu. Be ready to use your phone to get that information.

I called them and the call center was down so she transferred me directly to the restaurant to order, the person at the restaurant refused to let me order over the phone, so I asked to speak to the manager I was given to what sounded like a young Caucasian gentleman who also told e they don’t do phone orders and I had to order through the app… this was absurd to me, funny I drove right up to the dominos located inside Walmart was greeted with happy smiling faces, they gladly took my order and told me to call anytime they won’t ever refuse an order… dominos fan from now on

Gave up on delivery service so we placed our order for pickup around 8:07pm, received confirmation it would be ready by 8:25. Left our house 8:15 to pick up the pizza. We live 5 mins from Pizza Hut so we expected to wait a little. Well a little turned into a lot when the checkout girl went back to check on the pizza, it had been sitting out. Pizza was not hot, the quality was poor. We ordered the NY pizza and cheesy bread. Btw it looks nothing like advertised. When we picked it up the pizza to take a bite there were holes in the crust. Pizza was also slightly burnt on the edges. Cheesy bread was not so cheesy and room temperature. Staff needs to pay attention and do better.

Everyone was very down and not attentive. I walked in to pick up my to go order and no one even acknowledged me until I said “HELLO I HAVE A PICK UP ORDER” and then the guy nonchalantly got off his phone, walked to the register, asked my name, told me the total, ran my card, and then brought my food. No customer service skills. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with buttery garlic crust. The pizza was fine, felt a little soggy, but that may have been due to the time it took to get to Pizza Hut.
