The food was delicious! They have areas to sit in front and in the back with shade. The price wasn’t bad at all. 6 Tacos, 2 bottles of water and 2 Fanta glass bottles for $39

Quite possibly the best pollo taco I’ve ever had in my life. Brisket was also phenomenal. Additionally, the two who run it are incredibly kind and personable. I would come to them wherever they are!

I live in San Diego which has amazing tacos and these tacos would fit right in. They were very delicious street tacos. I got the brisket, pollo asado and ribeye and all were very good. I wish I ordered a fourth! Highly recommend.

We’ve eaten A LOT of street tacos all over the world and these were hands down the BEST! The meat was juicy and seasoned perfectly, the toppings were fresh, the salsa was on point. Ordered 1 of each kind and immediately went back to order another plate. The flavors were phenomenal! My mouth is literally watering as I type this. The employees were so kind and even gave our toddler a cup of fresh pineapple (his favorite lol) for free! Highly recommend these guys over any other taco truck/mexican restaurant in own for sure

Delicious tacos!!! A hidden gem, this food truck serves yummy brisket and ribeye tacos. The chicken and pork tacos were also good, but if you’re limited in choice, go for the brisket and ribeye. Skip the churro dessert though – it was frozen and not heated up enough, and didn’t live up to expectations.

Brisket and veggie tacos are both extraordinary. Best ever! We got to sit in the shade. Definitely eat a churro! I don’t even like churros but my husband got one and I loved it!

Omg… So tasty Had tried all tacos and a chicken burrito. Absolutely tasty. The size of the burrito is relatively small, so take that in consideration.

I wish we went her multiple times versus any other eatery in Moab. It was nice to sit in a quiet shaded corner and have food brought out to us. Thank you for making me feel like my money was well spent.

Best Pollo asado I’ve ever eaten! Literally went back for thirds. The tortillas were fantastic and the meat melted in your mouth! Best tacos in Moab.

Incredible ritto, one of the best I’ve ever had. Flavor was out of this world and everything was made fresh and handmade. We’ll definitely be stopping here on our way through Moab next time!
