This place has the BEST protein shakes and energy teas in the world! They have so many different flavors, add ons, and events to share with the customers. I go in at least twice a week usually and they are the sweetest staff I have ever met. Their energy and the vibe of the place is immaculate. Even if you are taken back by options they have the tools to help you choose your new favorite. Stop by sometime !

I own a local dog training facility. CRN is hands down my team’s favorite place to hang out throughout the week. The shakes and tea’s have become a daily drink for myself and my team. The team at CRN is awesome and truly cares about bettering the health of other, and bettering the community of Castle Rock. I Can’t speak highly enough about these guys!!! 🙂

I come here at least once a week and have since the first time I came in. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and the teas and shakes are amazing. I love the different flavors and specials. I’m writing this especially though because while I was in today (their fried ice cream shake and margarita tea is amazing) a woman came in who had spilled her shake in her car. They were so willing to offer her rags to clean it up and remade the shake for her completely free of charge. For a small business, this is a big deal and they were so quick to do so! It was so great to see and I feel so great spending my money at a place like this. 🙂

I love this place! Every time I go in the owners and staff are so friendly. I love all of the shakes and teas and I’ve tried several different flavors. Delicious and I always feel good after drinking my tea and smoothie. I have been a customer since they opened and it’s still my favorite place for healthy tea and smoothies.

It was my first time going there, they barely showed me how to do anything, and they way they did everything was very confusing. I had ordered 3 drinks, and yet I ended up with 3 teas, and 3 shakes. I went to checkout, and it was $50! They are very good at getting you wrapped up into random things, and they screw you over very VERY easily. They make it look like it’s a sweet and wholesome place with amazing drinks, but no! The drinks I got were so horrible that when I got back to my house I had to fix them! What I mean by that is I had to dump the shakes in a blender, put two scoops of peanut butter in, 8 strawberries, and 1tbs of cocoa powder in the blender with it, then blend for one minute and thirty seconds. After all of that madness it finally tasted OKAY. Last I took the drinks that were so disgusting and sour (the teas), mixed them together, and added a ton of water because they were so sour and over powering! I will never be going to this place again! The drinks are absolutely disgusting, and they manipulate prices! I don’t recommend going to this place AT ALL. It’s a lot easier, less money, and tastes better to make your own smoothie, shake, and tea AT HOME, or go to Smoothie King! Smoothie King is So much better and healthier for you than Castle Rock Nutrition!
