I tried to go through the drive through but was met with a sign that said “speaker is broken – pull up to window to order and honk. Prices don’t match what is on the board”. So I drove around the building and went inside, because I don’t feel like honking at humans doing their job is ok. Inside was… dirty. It smelled like dirty dishwater, the floor was sticky from the front door to the register, the guy at the register was having a really hard time entering the couple’s order ahead of me, so two other people assisted him. He couldn’t figure out how to do a 20oz drink so he told them the button didn’t work, so they would have to do a 32 oz. Of the 4 order boards only 3 worked, and they had hand written the one on a piece of paper and taped it to the glass by the register. No prices. I saw someone making food and grabbibg meat with no gloves. I left immediately. Will not be back. For the price there are way better BBQ places in town, this place was just closer. I’ll happily drive out of my way to never spend money here.

My food was cold and half way cooked. Received half my order. The first time was good whoever was working there before must have left because the other two times it wasn’t great. This is the last time I will eat from here. I didn’t receive half my order and it was expensive. Don’t waste your money here. They don’t care. And it’s really obvious.

We always have amazing food from the Spokane Valley location. We recently went through the drive thru and they were having issues with their mic. They came out and let us know. We went inside to order and the staff was so awesome. Above and beyond for us! The staff was super knowledgeable about the food and had great recommendations!

Everytime i go , the staff is super helpful and cordial (despite screen issues) they have a paper menu and always let us try sausage!! I would recommend getting brisket and nacho sausage. Employees are always nice despite the heat or amount of people waiting. Best place for BBQ most worth the price around here

Usually, if I’m going to enjoy BBQ and don’t feel like firing up my own grill; I’ll hit a few known (sit down) BBQ restaurants. I’ve never tried a “fast food” BBQ establishment but figure to fry Dickeys Barbecue Pit in Spokane Valley. I prepared an online pickup order and quickly noticed, their pricing seemed pretty steep (for a “fast food” atmosphere) but assumed their value will supersede their cost.The curbside pickup was disorganized and wasn’t clearly illustrated how their system operates. Once getting the food home, which is a 8 minute drive, the food was ICE COLD – like the container was just removed from the refrigerator kind of cold! We threw it in the oven but then realized the portions seems small and maybe even missing? We called them to confirm their portion sizes and it was confirmed; our portions were smaller than “normal.” At this point, after having to rewarm up food we just ordered and not having the right portions, we contacted management. They ended up refunding our money which is appreciated. In my opinion, if a food establishment, especially a fast food place, is going to charge a premium (and ask for tips for their employees), they should bring their “A” game. People tend to understand that you “get what you pay for” but in this case, for the price, they are missing the mark.
