I went in for a late lunch and was greeted right away even though it was slow. My waitress came and took my order almost immediately. The food came very quickly and it was just what I needed for that day. I had the best Sandwich for $13 and it really hit the spot. Really appreciated this location!

Incredible that after 10 minutes of waiting while being ignored by the waiters, they served the people who arrived after us, they never offered us anything to drink, nor did they turn to look at us, I don’t want to think that it was because of racism, because we were the only people Hispanic and the people who entered after were white and were immediately served by the waiters. How sad that in 2023 there is still so much racism in this country.

Walked in for a carry-out order and was immediately helped by the staff. I hate that I forget his name, I think it was Pete (?), anyway he was great to me. Our order was exactly as ordered, hot, and I was out the door in 10 minutes. Upon tasting, it was delicious. Quality staff, quality kitchen, can’t go wrong here. We’ll be back!

Food was really gross. I don’t know what they put on my toast, but it was not butter. It was some translucent yellow poor man’s version of oleo. Tasted nasty. Scrambled eggs clearly some sort of powdered package cooked in a casserole dish and cut a slice out.

Perkins pies for Christmas. Delicious. Easy ordering. I’m not typically a pie eater so I asked if the apple caramel pie should be refrigerated. I was told yes, I can. I noticed some hesitation in her voice so I called the West 41st Street location and they told me not to as the top would soften and get soggy. Glad I called the other location 🙂 .
