Well for one being open 24 hours is a plus and my server was great. This has always been a great location. But what made me happy is I simply asked for a side of bacon on a grill that was just wiped and assured no other utensils would touch the bacon (cross contamination) I realize locations and staff vary, but to do that so my son could eat (allergies) Well i always tip extra when they do that. I guess i forgot my meal and I always add eggs so it was a winner. It was delish!!!

Food is always good here but my order is always getting messed up. My husband ordered here for a togo order and I had a waffle with chocolate chips and pecans ordered. They put chocolate chips and peanut butter on my waffle instead and my daughter has a severe peanut allergy so I never order anything with peanuts or peanut butter to bring in my household. Imagine someone with the allergy and this screw up happens. Another time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese Texas toaster and they gave me one with steak on it.

Whoever owns this establishment needs to clean house. Went there this morning, 6/3/23, and was completely ignored. The black girl with dreads was my waitress and she obviously had NO desire to serve me. Some of her friends were hanging out at another table and received excellent service from her. She was rude and unconcerned with me. Perhaps there’s something going on in this poor girls life to make her so miserable….regardless the business owner doesn’t deserve this. I will not be returning to this Waffle House…..as there are many others to choose from.

Waffle House is the measure of breakfast most Americans enjoy. This facility has the same clean and ordered interior we expect when walking into any store in the chain. Staff here is very plesant and worked quickly to get my hangry friend what he needed to calm down. Unlike the stores in Jacksonville (where I live), they have under $10 plates (at the moment) with lots of meat. The exterior needed a little lot cleaning but the entire interior was clean and felt sanitary. If you need good, hot food, quickly, I highly recommend stopping here for great comfort food.

Went in sat down and was ignored. Waitress brought silverware and didn’t take drink order or nothing. Went to the other end and never looked back at us. We sat there about 15 minutes and left. In the back booth was a person with shaggy blue hair with their head down passed out. Poor poor poor service. Very disappointing.
