Terrible experience. 30 minute wait for food. System was down, but team members had no idea what to do in this situation. They all stood around looking at the person fixing the computer instead of helping the people waiting on the food. I asked if I could just show my receipt so they could get my food and they said, “no, your not the only person who has an order.” I then watched two people come into the restaurant, order, and get their food while I still haven’t had mine. Had to say something to team members 3 times before I got my food. Might be the worst CFA I have been too.

Updating to 5 stars! About a year ago when I moved to the area the experience here was consistently dismal but they have really stepped it up since! My order has been accurate and delicious every time I have been for the past few months. Sometimes the line is a bit long but they usually do a great job of keeping the line moving. Will continue coming back for the delicious food and good service!

Cleanliness seems to have taken a backseat lately at this location. Trash was on the floor in the lobby area; the area behind the counter was dirty with spiled tea all over the counter; checkout counter was also dirty–as if it had not wiped down all day. Bathroom also was dirty. This is my neighborhood chicl FIL A so I hope they correct this soon.

The food is always good its chick-fil-a. And surprisingly it was still hot and fresh this time. Of course I never usually have any complaints here, however today’s visit wasn’t as smooth as normal for my experience this time. I Came and ordered around 3pm on a Saturday and yes the drive thru was ridiculous so I decided to go inside and order definitely was a good decision on my part cause I stood in line less than a couple of minutes before my ordered had been taken. All was going good until I had a little bit of a problem with locating my already made order. I waited for my named to be called almost around five minutes when it never was. I finally decided to approach an employee to ask for assistance on helping me find out if I was forgotten. After asking around the employee was told it was made and placed on the done delivery order shelf. Sure enough when he went and looked my bag was spotted. I definitely wasn’t expecting that especially since I have never had this misunderstanding before. Of course we all have off days so I will definitely be back,but just a note for next time Chick fil a that people that order inside are still expecting to have their names called even if you’re busy and you only have time to place our food on the shelf at least still let us be aware of that so we are not waiting around and our food gets cold.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at a Chick-fil-A location, and I feel compelled to share my negative review. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I was instructed to pull forward and park, with the promise that my sandwich would be brought out to me shortly. Little did I know that this simple request would turn into a frustrating and unpleasant ordeal.

I frequent chick Fil-A and this was the worst experience I’ve had in years. The young lady at window in drive thru was extremely dismissive seemed very miserable. My bread on chicken sandwich was hard and old. The fries were somehow old (This is at 11:10am. ) then as I’m peeling off hard chunks of bread to salvage my lunch. The chicken is not even a single piece as normal. It is instead 2 broken pieces that were squished together. I will NEVER go here again.
