It was great experience. Fancy seating and ambiance. The menu is catered to American taste pallets as it is less intense on flavoring. The goat curry Rohan Josh was super delicious and the chicken 65 as well, just missing a little hotness. The chicken makhani was nice Smokey but was too sweet, should not be sweet, and the chicken biryani was really good. Dishes are less spicy than normal in general. The chat papri was not flavored well though. The lamb samosa was too heavy and no flavoring of the meat. Will visit again to try other items.

i ordered the Makhni and lamb biryani. Both were off the charts. Soo tasty and so flavorful. I’m so happy to finally have found a local Indian restaurant that exceeded my expectations!! Also service was exceptional. They were very attentive to our party the whole time. 10/10 def recommend.

I had the best experience. I got to the meet the owners and they are the most down to earth people you will meet. The food is very good. The one thing you will appreciate is the service you will receive. Everyone that I talked to was very helpful, courteous, and respectful. The restaurant is clean and it has small bar that you can sit at. They have a great variety of Indian beers that is very enjoyable. When I ordered take out they let me know right away how long it would take. There is not many places that I have been to that has the type of service and dynamic that The Desi Accent has. I highly recommend this place.

Fine dining in real sense. It is hard to find fine Indian dining and having it so close to western burbs makes it even better and a frequent place to go to! My mom who is restricted in mobility when she today afters many years showed internet to eat out, Desi Accent did not disappoint me. Yummy food, great service and excellent ambiance. Thank you Desi Accent my mom who has lost appetite lately ate well and that to me for emotionally so filling. Mom loved food! thank you!!

My boyfriend & I dined here & the food was amazing. The service was great, very kind & professional. We were immediately greeted. The server was very attentive & helpful with making sure the food was what we wanted. The atmosphere is nice & relaxing. The restaurant is also very nice, they light a candle at the table as soon as you sit down & are attentive to cleaning your plates & refilling your drinks. I’d definitely eat here again. One of my top Indian restaurants now.

We came here with some friends after hearing many positive reviews and recommendations. I came in with high expectations and a large appetite! I was happy to see that the food was halal for those who may be strict or following. The staff was very warm and welcoming and the restaurant itself was very clean. There was a cute dog on a leash near our table which I didn’t mind, but Im not sure how others would feel. Our friend ordered for the table and included vegetable samosas, these delicious fried cheese rolls, butter chicken, grilled chicken skewers, kufta grilled ground chicken, vegetable biryani and the most delicious naan. The fried cheese and naan were my personal favorites. The butter chicken was very very sweet which I had never tasted made like that before. It was personally too sweet for my taste. The kufta was very chewy and has a jerky like quality ti it. The chicken was just okay. I was a little disappointed by the food overall, especially for the price. We had told them we were celebrating a birthday and, although they did play music for the entire restaurant and brought out a sparker (which was super fun and epic), the sparkler was put in a cup with napkins and no complimentary dessert-bummer. 10/10 service n the politeness. The workers were really polite. We were just 2 people so they seated us on the chair, but when i asked for a booth which is actually for 4 or more people, they still welcomed us at the booth which made me more comfortable. the food , was tooo good! Definitely recommend it! I would come here again! They have the best Tomato soup in the city!

Sue helped my sisters and I plan a surprise birthday dinner for my dad’s 70th birthday. She was extremely helpful in building the menu and plan for the event. Communication was fast and easy. The dinner party went beautifully and all of the guests raved about the food and kept asking how we found this restaurant (thank you Google!!). The staff went above and beyond including the restaurant owners. We were well taken care of and enjoyed every minute! Thank you Sue and the Desi Accent team!!
