I’d give them ZERO stars if I could! This place is ridiculously slow! I ordered food at 10:45am was told it would be 15 minutes get there at 11:00am not ready 11:45am comes by and I’m asking where’s my order and they’re like it’s not ready 15 minutes. I finally leave out of there at 12:00 and they’re like we could still make the food like are you kidding me You didn’t even make the food? You told me 15 minutes not 15 years!!!!!!!! Too slow the place If you’re looking for fast food go down the road there’s a much better bagel place by Dollar tree!!!

Bagels are absolutely amazing I actually come to bigger bagel a lot. But I Just had one of there employees lied. They have dates on their cream cheese and I saw the date it due to them removing the stickers. I ask for them to get me new ones they said they were made yesterday it was a lie cause I saw it say 5/10 on the stickers.

So upset I bought egg sandwiches to find one slice of ham on a ham, egg and cheese sandwich. A hero with 6 egg whites also got one slice of turkey. Where is the protein? Never again . I called and told “Keith” about the situation and he proceeds to advise me I am mistaken . No apology , nothing . I took snapshots of the sandwiches and that review is on yelp.

I cant even compose myself. THE BEST EGG SANDWICH IVE HAD IN YEARS!! I moved out of state and when i come visit, all the other places SUCK! Worst nightmare. I want my eggs super runny and they NEVER are. They always over cook them and theres barely bacon. Im drooling right now in awe. When i opened the sandwich my jaws dropped. Every bite was runny and had a great amount of bacon! Boars head!! Finally my happiness is completed with an amazing sandwich!! Mike the owner def wins an award for makin my dreams come true!!! I even called to tell him. THANK YOU! (I know the picture is blurry bc i took a video of my runny yokes i asked for! Ill will forever come here

The women making my sandwich took no pride in doing so. My order was not priority as she chitchatted and admitted ly forgot about my order and sandwich all together. When she finally made it it was poorly put together,rushed,and cold. All other employees were great. I feel bad for the owner 12.29.22

These bagels are delicious!! This place is a hidden gem. They are in the Suffolk Federal Bank complex. A definite must try….You will become a repeat customer. The customer service here is amazing. They strive to please their customers. Also, this place is super clean and bright and provides cozy booths to dine in … It’s great for couples or a nice breakfast space for families.
