I must say, everywhere else I’ve lived, Pizza Hut was always my least favorite franchise pizza joint. In Port Charlotte, off of 41, I think this establishment takes the cake! Friendly staff, fast service, and great food! I believe it’s the pan crust that has a buttery crisp to it. The stuffed crust is also great! And they are open late for a Florida restaurant! Glad they don’t conform to the typical retired hours of operation.

My friend ordered on the app, went to pick up after the 45 minute estimate time, food wasn’t ready. An entire hour later did our food come out. There were many people waiting for the same amount of time and still hadn’t gotten their food. They blame a new system. Overall, they didn’t try to apologize, credit or anything for the absurd wait time and complete inability to communicate about their issue. We have to drive 30 minutes to get pizza hut due to our location and will be driving to the Sarasota one from now on.

I only drive by there when I pick up my Meals on Wheels orders on Mondays. They have obviously set their sensitivity too high, snagging me in the process. Well, they got a 1 star rating for snagging me and wasting my time. I havent entered your parking lot in over a year, when I needed to park there temporarily because the MOW lot was full at the time.

My son and I stopped there to eat in to try their pizza melts. The dining room is permanently closed. I don’t allow eating in the car. Carry out is impossible because we live 30+ minutes away

Had a good lunch at a fair price. Restroom was very clean as was the dining room. The wall photos had fingerprints from toddlers all over them. Kinda gross. Parents need to tell their kids to sit and don’t touch. Salad bar had no blue cheese (?) and no tomatoes (??). No parmesan cheese at the table either (?!?) so for all those it’s only a 3.75 star. Overall worth it if you like Pizza Hut.

We have ordered from the same pizza hut for six years. Tonight when we got our two pizzas, one was burnt and uneditable and had been sitting for while and the other one wasn’t much better. Called pizza hut, person very rude and said I could have a credit. Really, I just want another pizza. If they can credit they can replace. Never again. No receipt either. Corporate will get a phone call.
