I ordered a pizza online for 6:00 on a Saturday night. My car had a dead battery and I was unable to pick up my pizza that night. I asked and they agreed to let me pick it up the next day. A different crew was on the next day and knew nothing about my situation. I talked to the manager and gave her my order number from the night before. My pizza was ready 30 minutes later. When I went to pick it up I got a friendly greeting from all the employees. The pizza was great too. I haven’t had a positive experience like this for a long time. Great place!!!

I want to say that I appreciate the accuracy, efficiency, and friendliness of this round table location. When I arrived to pick up my carryout order the gentleman that checked me out, I’m assuming he was the manager, was very friendly and attentive to the individual orders. I didn’t feel like just a number in a trail line of orders for a Saturday night. In addition to that, my order was ready 10 minutes early, hot and fresh. It’s not just this order, but every order I have had with them since moving to this area has always been hot and fresh. I have ordered from the other local delivery place in this area, Mountain Mike’s. I’ve had their Pizza in the past but I have to say that the Mountain Mike’s in this area definitely does not compare to the Round Table here. I will choose Round Table over Mountain Mike’s in Prunedale any day.

The new owners promised this Round Table would be greatly improved, they have failed. I ordered online and was charged but never received my pizza. When I called I got the run around by kids who could care less. Now I have to go through the dispute process with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ROUND TABLE.

Great customer service from the gentleman that took my phone order. Not so much from the woman that rang up my order when I went to pick it up. She looked bored and disinterested in what she was doing. She did not respond to common courtesy nor did she return it. I won’t be back.

The fragrance finder
This is the second time in one month they don’t cooking the pizzas all the way I had to put it in the oven for 10 minutes more the sauce wasn’t even warm . On top of it they didn’t even have any parmesan cheese or peppers. This place has really gone down hill in the past year. Would recommend it to anyone. Management is rude.

Rude service, took a long time to find pizzas I ordered ended up they were right in the warming oven waiting. Got a half cheese and half pepperoni and looked liked they threw the few pepperoni they put on there from across their room. It was more like 3/4 cheese. They charge premium prices for there products but give bad service and low quality products.
