An overly fusion and experimental take on Chinese food. Everything we had was either a flavor bomb that mixed in confusing ways, or bland and lacking. When I say experimental, I mean they need to keep experimenting to get somewhere that actually works.

The happy hour and bar service is where it’s at! The Rangoon purses are out of sight. The soup dumplings of any kind are so tasty! The general TSO dumplings are the most unique I have had, a must.

Go here for the soup dumplings but try anything else on the menu! I have never had a bad dish at any of their restaurants. These folks know how to build flavors!

Yumcha is a great addition to the Cholon family and row there. Decor and service are always great. I think this is well done asian fusion repping a number of cuisines and styles with some fun variations on classic dishes. I really enjoyed my cocktail with sesame washed shochu and the Thai curry was good as well. It’s a pleasant spot for lunch or happy hour. I think ordering a bunch of apps could be the best way to dine. My dining mate loves the French onion soup dumplings. I think they are well made, but not my flavor profile.

Great food after a long day of travel on a chilly day. Soup dumplings were all bomb. Korean fried rice a solid choice, but stick to the dumplings!!!! A little pricey but still good food!

Fantastic little spot! We had a layover in Denver and decided to explore downtown. They had a sign outside for “French onion soup Dumplings” and we were sold!! Thank god we went because those, the General Tso soup dumplings and the pom pom shrimp was absolutely delicious! If we are in Denver again, we WILL be back.

Chance encounter with this place. Wanted to try something different and Asian fusion sounded nice.

Not trying to be dramatic, but this may be one of the worst meals I’ve had in a while. It tasted like a white person did dim sum at Panda Express and tried to make it fancy. French onion does NOT belong in soup dumplings Gave 2 stars instead of 1 bc of the good service cocktails dessert & cute decorations. I wanted to kill myself eating everything else thou.

My partner and I were disappointed in the food for the price we paid. We tried the pork dumplings (not bad, but the sauce was way too salty), the mushroom dumplings (which were awful if you don’t like cilantro, but had no idea there was cilantro in them), the chicken soup dumplings (good but very small), and the chicken lo mein, which was actually the best dish we had. Spent almost $100 on these 4 items. The service was nice and the atmosphere was cool, but probably wouldn’t recommend to people.
