The only fast food Italian restaurant I know of so I keep coming by. The breadsticks when you dine in and are unlimited which is awesome. I usually do the ultimate sampler. I really do like the chicken Parmigiano if I’m choosing one thing off the menu. Make sure to use the app and get the rewards and discounts. Parking lot was a decent size, lots of available seating for a weekday dinner when we went. Will definitely stop by again if we are in the area.

Thank you so much for turning my day around . I wasn’t feeling very well and was so hungry for something but wasn’t sure what then thought about baked spaghetti. The girl who took my order did an amazing job . I decided I wanted a drink after I got to the window and she was so gracious explaining what I had in mind . Got home and everything was amazing . I just went to the Beckley road favolis. The girl working there would now even come to the register she just stood there looking at me i watched several people leave then I had to leave without any service or food. She is very disrespectful and rude i love favolis but will never come back to that one ever. Lazy and incompetent I wouldn’t let her sweep my floors!! Pitiful!!

They don’t even deserve a star. We went there the other day. Fhe girl who took our order wasn’t the smartest. She repeated My order back correctly yet still put it in wrong. We order 2 kids combo meals that literally came with nothing but the pizza. When I question about it She told the Manager I was mad. He was useless and talked over me instead of listening. I paid $40 for 2 subs and 2 slices of pizza ridiculous. I will never go there again.

stopped here on my way home to chicago on 7/23/23 ordered a kids ravioli and a chicken bacon ranch salad and both were nasty. i don’t like processed bacon. it’s not crispy and feels old. i had never gone here before so i didn’t know what to expect. and the very worst part was we waited 25 mins for our food and i received the ravioli frozen from the middle. i was so upset because it’s truly a disappointment when you’re on the road, starving and can’t decide where to go so you give a new place a chance and it ends up being SO BAD. i will never come here again. please stop serving customers frozen food! reminds me of applebees. i noticed it was lowered priced too.. but

First time ever at this place and I was treated like a queen the staff is extremely friendly and go out of your way to make you smile and enjoy your dining experience. Restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Food was excellent and hot lasagna is the best. They offer unlimited breadsticks with your meal which are also extremely good. I suggest taking your friends and family here for an excellent dining experience

I was disappointed by the food but only because I’ve been seeing commercials for years and I was really looking forward to trying out the food. I’m sure it’s probably the same at every fazolis, but this is the only one that I have been to so I don’t have anything else to compare it too.

A chain restaurant but I do love Fazolis. Beats the heck out of burgers all the time. Food was good. Came out fast. Great service. Didn’t skip on breadsticks. Kept em coming,……and yes I judge a Fazolis by breadstick service.
