My dad picked up dinner for us tonight. We asked for no sour cream on the chicken power bowl, but they didn’t leave it off. That was the least of the problems. We ordered the taco 12 pack, asked for chicken. One of the tacos was beef…and the rest had almost no chicken in them. That’s not an exaggeration. One taco had maybe four decent chunks of chicken under all the lettuce and cheese, but the rest had almost nothing. It looked like they scraped the bottom of the chicken container and divided it between all the tacos. And one of them had a gross brown piece of lettuce in it. I almost never leave reviews, but this was just ridiculous.

Honestly the service I receive here almost everytime I go is absolutely ridiculous. I saw a worker call for someone to get their food and he just tossed it on the counter so some stuff came out of the box.

Worst. I would give a zero rating if I could. Very very careless staff. I had them have steak in my tacos several times. I am a vegetarian and always make sure to mention the same. The staffs are so careless that they don’t even have any sincerity in what they do. I have this experience several tines and hate it.

Not too busy in between lunch and dinner. Was able to get in and out in a reasonable time. Good quality veggies and stuffed tacos + burritos. Place was really clean when I stopped in. Customer service was friendly and fast.

Our neighborhood Taco Bell has failed us yet again! This particular Taco Bell has been on an increasing downhill slide for more than a Year & yesterdays meal was the straw that broke our loyalty! It was late eve (9p or so) & the order was simply 4 tacos… nothing crazy, no special requests in the drive through. When we got home only a mile up the street we discovered the tacos barely had any ingredients inside! Could not have been more than a tablespoon of meat, sprinkle of cheese & light lettuce! I was more like the taco shell with a slight taste of ingredients! So sorry Taco Bell on Chandler Heights – we won’t be sharing our money with your establishment.

Horrible experience again! On drive through, we ordered for Cheese quesadilla along with other food items. We picked the items and when we reached home, upon our surprise we got Chicken quesadilla. We are Vegetarians and do not eat Chicken. My 3 year old was about to eat it, but glad that we noticed that it was Chicken. I had to drive back to the store. The lady at the drive through counter went back and checked. I was clearing hearing laughs. Lady came back and said ‘Sorry, it was a miscommunication’. That’s it! Be careful…Avoid or check thoroughly once you pick the order.

Service was extremely slow. I had 5 cars behind me and had been waiting for at least 15 minutes for food to look over and your employees sitting on her phone with gloves on. Hopefully she wasn’t touching food after handling her cell phone and after I got food turns out it was messed up. Maybe if she got off her phone it would’ve been right or faster. Honestly it’s just straight up unprofessional. Super disappointed

Incredibly disappointed. I understand it’s “fast food” and it’s mostly teens working here – but 3 of our items ordered were incorrect tonight. We ordered 3 potato soft tacos and received only 1. And then we ordered potatoes with no sour cream or cheese and they came with cheese on them. Get it together people.

The one thing I asked for was no sour cream on my crunchwrap, not only was it the worst made crunchwrap I have ever seen…barely any ingredients inside, and it was loaded with sour cream. I couldn’t drive all the way back there to get it corrected because of having to be somewhere, but it gets so frustrating when you pay the inflated prices for food these days and the quality, etc is so bad.
