Went in on 05/02/2023 for my husbands birthday dinner and this place never disappoints. My husbands favorite dish is the Char Siu Ramen with extra egg and char siu and my go to is the Char Siu Donburi, both are great with the spicy chili oil. Service is always great unfortunately we didn’t get our waitress’s name it’s usually the same two girls and they do a wonderful job .

We started with the tofu and the char siu pork bun and takoyaki. The takoyaki was good but had some hard chunks in it that you wouldn’t expect because this dish is usually very creamy, The tofu bun was better. The char siu was very disproportionate between meat and bun. The vegetable ramen was amazing… as was the char siu ramen. The broth was excellent. The char siu donburi was a bit of a disappointment. The meat was shredded very fine, like tuna. We definitely wouldn’t order that again. The staff was friendly. Our total came to $55 before tip. I would go here again and try different menu options.

This is my favorite ramen place in town. My wife and I love dropping by whenever we get a craving and adore coming here. The staff is super friendly, the prices reasonable, and you can customize each bowl of ramen by mixing and matching all of there options on the menu, which is great for somewhat picky eaters like myself. The takoyaki is also really good and we always start with it when we visit.

Super fast service and delicious Ramen. Broth was great. Noodles were So happy we were able to stop by on our way down south from a Portland trip. The waitress was very nice to us and they had a nice table outside so we didn’t have to get food to go since we had our pup.

It’s my first time in and I know I’ll be back! Great selection of both ramen soup and fried ramen with your choose of pork, beef, vegetarian and vegan! There are unique Asian inspired alcoholic drinks. I will definitely give those a try next time. I ordered vegetarian fried noodles and I’m pleased with the presentation and amount of perfectly cooked fresh vegetables on my plate. There are many variations of toppings to add, like shredded nori, pickled radish, eggs and tofu. There are also other offerings like pork buns, japanese chicken thighs and chicken wings. Server was attentive, upbeat and helpful. Food was ready quickly. The music is good, the decor is trendy and very clean.

Waitresses and cooks are awesome! Our faves are the tsukemen, curry, stir fry, age of tofu, short ribs, and buns … So delicious! We haven’t tried the variety of drinks but people say they’re tasty.

Cozy atmosphere, though the seating is somewhat limited. The menu offers many varieties of ramen bowls, appetizers and the menu offers a visuals of the many dishes. Of the many options available, I can speak highly of their plum wine, chicken kara-agé appetizer, and their deep fried chicken ramen bowl (the items comprising my meal).

I’ve come here twice and get the veggie ramen as I am vegan. The food is OK. I’m not blown away–the broth feels a little plain and fried tofu isn’t well put together. Overall, it’s one of the few places I go out to eat with others as Salem/Keizer doesn’t have much to offer for vegans but I’d like them to experiment with their veggie broth and have more options.

Best Ramen we’ve found in Salem thus far. The broth is simply superb and fully authentic. I feel like I’m in a Shibuya back alley somewhere with this cozy Tonkatsu broth and plate of steaming pan-fried gyoza. Very tender char siu; great noodle consistency. Amazing, and we will be back next time we are missing authentic ramen.
