This particular McDonald’s is always spotless and clean. Parking is plentiful. It is definitely handicapped accessible. I do not usually have too much interaction with the employees because I use the app to order. The employees that do handle your food are courteous and polite. My order has never been wrong. The food is always fresh. Thank you for everybody’s great work at this location.

On 6/30/2023, I stopped by and tried to use the App. to order me a large black coffee from the deal menu. Instead of the number appearing on my phone, it said I had to wait 11 minutes to order. The cashier was very pleasant and tried to help. She was unable to get the order # to appear on my phone. She went to get her supervisor who was absolutely useless. She said she needed the # from my phone in order to place the order. I showed her my phone to show her how the app wanted me to wait. The supervisor said I had to pay the regular price of the item. I asked her, why should I have to pay the regular price because their app. wasn’t working? I asked her why cant she ring up my coffee so I can pay the same price that I would have paid if the app. was working. She just kept looking at me telling me I had to pay the full price, which made no sense to me. Therefore I left without purchasing anything. I will never go to this or any other McDonald’s again. The supervisors need better customer service skills.

This location needs to be closed and the franchise rescinded. The “manager” will arbitrarily close the playground for no reason, leaving two dozen children crying. 75 percent of the time the order is completely wrong. Sometimes there is a helpful teen running the place, if not, you will never receive your order. At least the “manager” provides a useful teaching tool. I point to him and tell my children “this is what happens when you don’t study in school. You are a 55 year old man delivering gross hamburgers to people’s cars in the rain.” Avoid.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The lady taking my drive thru order repeated my drink as a Dr. Pepper instead of a coke, then she repeated my burgers as cheese only instead of cheese, ketchup, onion…then I made the mistake of not verifying my order and instead of a double quarter pounder, I received two cheeseburgers…….both of which were not prepared the way I requested. Great job getting absolutely nothing right.

The manager here started to yell at me, I came in with my service dog, who helps me with my anxiety and other things like that, he dint have his best on due to him having long hair, the manager started to yell at me telling me I can’t be in there with him, even tho I’ve had no problem ever before here, he told me I can’t get my food even tho I already payed and told me to leave him outside, I said I couldn’t and refused to give me my food

The place just recently renovated. Everything is basically brand new. Wish the place where you order was bigger like before. If there are a few people waiting for their orders there isn’t much room to stand without being in the way of people getting drinks. Customers service is usually very good. There is a play house on the side which I’ve never been in but there are always kids inside. The drive thru can be slow at times especially late night.

What’s up with fast food places these days do they even listen to you ? I asked for a strawberry pie got home it was apple and got a decaf coffee and asked for 5 cream and 5 sugar got 6 cream but no sugar and then asked for a stirrer and she said they don’t have them anymore and I said how am I going to mix the cream then all of a sudden she found a stirrer ???? This is ridiculous !!!!
