Got the order and they forgot the top bun. How is that possible. They put half an ounce of cheese on the cheese fries and my wife ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles. Instead, she a got a burger with pickles and no cheese.

The burgers are just too greasy and super thin. FOOD SLIDES right out of the buns. Fries are so thin they are cold immediately and more like skinny chips. The water smells like wet dog, do not drink it. Employees were not happy overall. What worried me most was the Slippery floors throughout the place, several people slipped including us. They felt and looked greasy and were very dangerous.

Food is great if you get it fresh but No matter what time of day you go you’ll be waiting at least 30 minutes for your order. I went through the drive through and got 2 meals. I waited half an hour got melted custard, cold fry’s, and they got my order wrong.

Typically pleased but just got a turtle sundae regular which had very little icecream. Filled less than half the cup including toppings…. They topped it off with lots of whip cream that went to the rim of the cup…. Disappointed and will be going to braums for now on

Great place to get a cheeseburger and fried. The atmosphere is your typical retro style eatery. The staff at this location was great, the food was fantastic, and the service was very quick. All in all, this is a great quality establishment for the all time American burger.

Its just my personal preference. I don’t like the thin well done burger patties. Their custard is delicious. The fries and sauce are great. The people who work their are amazing. I like a thick medium burger. Their burgers are the opposite of that.

Always great food but disappointing when you get your order all the way home and they forgot to put something in your bag. It shouldn’t be left up to the customer waiting on the food to have to check the bags to make sure everything is in there correctly. It would be great for staff to double or triple check drive thu orders before sending people on their way.
