Today my experience was phenomenal I’m glad that it’s finally going under new management!! I definitely could tell the difference the food was fresh and hot. The young lady that was in the drive-thru was super sweet they were extremely busy so sometimes it takes a little bit to get your food but it’s well worth it!!

I will never go to this location again, all because of one employee. Who was very rude to me, and treated me like trash. Then she had the audacity to throw her hand at me like she didn’t care if I didn’t come back, she was kinda heavy set not too heavy with braids in her hair medium brown complexion. She was working on front counter, her attitude was blunt and rude. The manager and other crew is always nice and kind to me but some reason this lady was rude today, she is definitely not for customer service. Instead of apologizing, she said I didn’t have to talk to her. She needs to be taught proper customer service skills

A male was at the drive thru. Took advantage of me . Knowing I was on the phone. Did not give me my debit card back. Later there was an unauthorized charge on my card. I had to shut my card down. This person is practicing fraud. I plan to talk with the manager. They have no even updated their number on the website. It keeps saying invalid number. Cooperate need to know about this.

Horrible!!!!! I ordered 2 3pcs combos. The chicken was not fresh at all! The mash potatoes was cold and the gravy was colder! I will never come back to this Church’s AGAIN. That’s if I even give Church’s another dime! I called to speak the manager (Michelle) to see if I can come back to replace my order. She stated that she knew the chicken was old it been sitting for 3 hours and it’s 9 o clock and they not drop no more chicken! I asked can I come back tomorrow. She stated that I come tomorrow with my receipt and they will replace it! I would NEVER give them my business again!

Tried this location for lunch used the drive-thru the manager was very rude I waited over 15mins while she chewed gum in the speaker yelling shift change older lady and my order was never taken I had to get back to work so I had to pull off kind of glad I didn’t eat from here the manager sounds like a high school diploma is not needed for a job at churches
