I was really sad today…I love their food, but it made me sick today. I had broccoli beef, orange chicken, and chow mean. It was likely the chow mein. It did not seem fresh. I tried calling Panda Express to see what to do after not running to the bathroom constantly. No one answered the phone, and there was no way to leave a message. So, I drove down there. I asked the lady at the counter if I could speak with the manager, and she spoke briefly with me about my problem. She did not seem to care. I had to reiterate that the food made me sick because she didn’t act like she was going to do anything. She hesitated and then offered to remake the food. I said I wasn’t interested, since I already had been in the bathroom all night. What if they just gave me more bad food??? Anyways, she unsympathetically offered me a coupon to remake me a plate of food and I had no choice but to take it and walk away.

Food is awesome as usual. Panda is my 2nd favorite place to dine out. Lots of menu choices. Vegetarian options. Reasonably priced. Polite staff. I highly recommend for take-out or dine-in.

I stopped by and grabbed a bowl. When I got to the car I noticed I didn’t have a fork so I went back in. The guy in front of me got a fork in his bag, but I still thought it might have been a mistake. Then when I asked the lady for a fork she instead had me walk around to the side and get it myself although there was a box of forks behind her and she just gave one to the gentleman in front of me. Super weird experience.

We come here very often and continually having the same issues. The last couple times online order food isn’t ready until 1520 minutes after and then when we do get the food it’s not fresh I’ve asked for it to be remade today and they said they were too busy. I understand it’s New Year’s Eve, but I ended up having to go home with some thing that was not delicious and fresh the way it should be.

Good place for some food. It’s just like any other panda express. The in door seating is nice and they kept the store very clean. Very nice atmosphere and great employees helping with orders to make sure everything is right. Food tasted just fine as other panda express I’ve been to before.
