Paul and Chrissy have put together a fantastic place for those with food allergies but don’t think that makes the food less delicious. The food from The Dotted Lime will put a smile on the face of anyone. If you haven’t tried them don’t wait any longer to find out what you are missing.

The Dotted Lime is the best kept secret in all of Tennessee. Being both gluten and dairy-free, I had many food options available to me that I have not seen elsewhere since my diet became restricted. To be able to enjoy a cinnamon roll that looks like something right out of a bakery case was amazing! I wish their dining room had been a little bigger and a little cooler, but I guess it adds to the atmosphere. Our food was delicious and the gal who waited on us was delightful.

This place was a dream come true for my husband with celiac disease. He hasn’t been able to have cinnamon rolls for a very long time, and not only were they the best cinnamon rolls we had, they are 100% gluten free along with everything else there. It’s so frustrating to go to a restaurant and see something you want, but you can’t have it. Here, everything you see, you can have. Very good quality food and probably some of the best food I’ve had. Definitely don’t mind driving an hour away to come here. My husband was a kid in a candy shop. Much love ❤️❤️

They serve great food, period. That it’s gluten free and allergy sensitive is a huge bonus. My non-GF family love everything they have ever tried here and always want more! Oh, and the folks who own the place and their kids provide the best service.

What a wonderful job they did! They catered a delicious brunch for a baby shower I hosted. We had charcuterie boards, cinnamon rolls, plated salad, quiche Lorraine with tomato basil soup, chicken skewers with hot honey, warm bread, and of course a gorgeous scratch made cake for dessert. They were timely on their arrival, served our food, cleaned up, and were very professional. The food was delicious as always and very tasty. Unfortunately I didn’t take photos of the meal, but I promise it looked great and was delicious. I didn’t want plastic or paper plates and I was also able to rent all the dinnerware, glasses and utensils from them so I literally had to do nothing. I would certainly recommend them as it was a very good experience.

Drove from Florence al to get my regular gluten free goods . I can not stress enough how the food made here has no tell tell signs of being gluten-free ! I love when they have frozen biscuits in their freezer! All you do is take one out of your freezer , wrap in a paper towel and pop in the microwave for 1 min. and done! THIS MAKES THE START OF MY DAY AMAZING! Thank you so very much Dotted Lime for a feel of normalcy in a gluten free world!

I got a burger, coleslaw, cookie and 12oz drip coffee and the total after tax was about $25 which it pretty high. Yes it’s a specialty gluten free place but I didn’t like how they charged for literally every tiny thing you put on the burger. The burger was nice and juicy but the cheese was melted into almost nothing, like a sauce and the bun was really dense. Very light on toppings even though you have to pay for every single topping. The cookie had good flavor but really crumbly. The coleslaw was more like soup and I had to throw it out after a couple bites sadly. I put an online order in and when I came to pick it up the coffee wasn’t made and I had to sit in the parking lot 5+ minutes for it to be brewed I assume? It was good coffee and didn’t upset my stomach like most do at least. I live an hour or more away and had been waiting to visit this place and was kinda let down. It’s not bad but needs improvement I think.

This is our favorite place to eat. Everything is delicious – the cinnamon rolls, waffles, sandwiches, biscuits, everything! It’s so comforting knowing that I can order anything off the menu and not have to worry about cross contamination. The service is top-notch and everyone is so kind.
