Customer service is lacking. I ordered 1 cheese pizza and they were unable to deliver that. 1 pizza. Then called me 30 minutes after it was late and blamed doordash. You subcontracted the labor, not me. Yes they remade the order and was going to get another driver but this was another 45 minute wait. Employee got made that we wanted to take our business elsewhere. I understand things go wrong but the way the situation was concluded was by trying to get corrected by the employee and no food. You failed your job today.

Delivery driver claimed to deliver my food and ring my doorbell four times. No one rang my doorbell once. I even have security cameras that show no one ever arrived. I called the manager and she claims the driver delivered my food to the right address. I’m sorry, but unless she dropped it off herself, how would she know. She said they could remake it and send it out or refund my money. Why would I agree to another order being delivered to the wrong location? She was rude and unapologetic.

I work right behind pizza hut and my office orders quite frequently from them, and we have never been disappointed. Pizza is always hot and fresh and we don’t have to wait at all when it comes to getting our orders. Ordering online with a pick up time as never been a problem!

I wanted to order the New York pizza but they make it with sweet marinara sauce. I do not care for the sweet sauce so I asked to put the regular sauce on it. They called me and said “my manager said it’s the sweet sauce or no sauce!” I said “you can’t just put the regular sauce on it?” They replied “no!” So I canceled my order! I called another Pizza Hut and asked if I could have the regular sauce and they said “of course NO BIG DEAL!” So it was a personal decision of the store manager to not switch a sauce. They rather lose a customer. They can not blame it on corporate because the other Pizza Hut said they would do it!

There’s a Female “manager” on the night shift that argued with me and accused me of lying about receiving items that I discovered missing when I arrived home. She went as far as saying she witnessed a driver take the items. I picked up my order in person. I doubt I’ll visit this A.W. Grimes location ever again. I will take this up to the general manager.

Pizza was ready quick and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately no more red pepper flake packets. Pizza itself was still delicious. Unfortunately ended up violently puking my guts out a few hours later. This is the only thing I ate that evening so I’m sure it was the pizza. Still 2 stars because it did taste darn good.
