This location needs to be SHUT down ! I live in the area and will continue to travel to other locations.I’ve Been to this location about 4-5 in the past 6 years . Today I didn’t feel like going the distance after getting off and being in traffic so I stopped to this location ordered a number 1.2 crisp thighs 2 sides of Mac . They gave me 2 small legs and a thigh . The Mac was cold and one of the orders had a bake bean in it (are bake beans even on the menu anymore ?) . Everything was old (the pictures doesn’t do justice )I tried to eat the food despite my order being incorrect and not wanting to go back plus I was starving and I couldn’t eat it after biting into the cold Mac and noticing the bean . I returned to the store for my money back . I couldn’t even fix my mouth up to ask for my order to be done fresh after seeing how they handle food (no mask no gloves and taking drive thru orders ) . Great location on the way to work. Order just bout the same thing ever time. The attendant decided to get unprofessional today replying to my order with a attitude. Spoke with the Manger of which she really didn’t care about what I was saying really. Really need to have someone that knows how to speak an respond to Customer inside & out. Just because it a low paying job don’t mean that I’m going to treat them that way. Be professional to all customers apologize when you do wrong. It will take you very far.

I found this place to be very odd. There were only two people working in the back and all of the chairs were stacked on top of the table. It was not a very inviting environment and it seemed like there was a layer of grease on everything. The worker was pleasant and gave us our order quickly. Will definitely not be returning.
