Paid for my order in the Drive-Thru when I got to the window they didn’t have an order for me they said they didn’t know that I even ordered so I pulled up and when the manager come out to talk to me he went and talked to the girl in the Drive-Thru that took my order outside he came back and gave me back my $11.96 and I asked him what he’s doing he said he’s giving me my money back I said well I want my order so he said he took my money back to the window and it took like 5 minutes and they finally brought me my order and I couldn’t believe it was $11.96 for two grilled chicken pieces without bread or toppings or anything look at this picture

I loved chik-fil-a but now that the option for “WELL DONE” is gone, I don’t know how I feel about this. The two times I came to get my spicy chicken sandwich from this location after that option was take off I’ve been getting chicken that wasn’t cooked properly. Bring back the “WELL DONE” option. I really don’t mind waiting on my chicken that’s literally the only reason I always go here.

I ordered a gluten free sandwich. I got the GF bun, but they gave me a fried sandwich I could not eat. They made it right and gave me a grilled sandwich with the lettuce & tomato. I had to wait in the very busy drive through lanes again. I received what was rung up, but when the order taker seemed to know what I meant by gluten-free sandwich, we both assumed we knew what I wanted.
