Hilariously bad. It’s not bad enough where you quit taking orders because you’re working too slowly and getting backed up, but then you go and close the lobby long before close also because you don’t feel like cleaning up after people. Then my order got screwed up because of course it did. Just an incredible lack of effort.

There’s no reason than to give this Micky D’s a solid 4 stars. Easy. I know the menu. Well situation. It is at the beginning of Terminal A. Fast and efficient. I know I can afford it. Get your condiments to the left. If you have an app, you can order ahead of the line. The line can stretch into the terminal but it goes fast. I appreciated there being a nice place for me to sit and relax a few minutes before squeezing into the tin can they call an airplane nowadays.

The only thing worse than waiting for the food, or trying to get service, is when you actually get it. It also checks off one of the two words in “fast food”, just not sure which. That said, it’s surprisingly cheap for an airport McDonalds… Maybe that’s why they’re trying to save money on staffing.

Ok, it’s an airport McD. But how?! The double quarter pounder patties were burned to black pucks. The fries were undercooked AND cold. Literally twenty orders behind and you waste the time to massively overcook the patties and NOT cook the fries? My 75 year old father has to eat regularly and this was the only place he recognized. Eat. Anywhere. Else. The lady bringing up the orders was fast and professional though. Everything in the place was dirty and sticky.
