Why can I not give negative stars? This location is atrocious in every aspect. The employees look half-dead and don’t even bother to acknowledge that you exist. I think if I didn’t engage with them we would just sit there and stare at each other for eternity.

Order in the app (check 1020037) said it’d be ready at 6. I get in the parking lot and get a message that they’re running behind. No problem. I go to Walmart. After I check and they still don’t have my order. I wait an hour and get a message that my order is ready. Then I go where pickups orders are supposed to be. There’s a sign that I have to ask the cashier. I’m not going to wait in line and go straight to the cashier who acts like he doesn’t notice me. I ask for my order he gives me my bag. I get home and my order isn’t correct. My wife’s order was fine but they ripped me off. I ordered extra of almost everything and including rice, beans, chicken, mild tomato, medium corn, medium green, hot red, cheese, lettuce. They only put rice, beans, sour cream, lettuce and a smaller serving of chicken than in my wife’s. I’ve included pictures to show they ripped me off after being charged extra for everything and not even putting a single serving of what I ordered.

This place… Is pretty gross. After my i got my order and decided to sit down, some weird stiment fell upon my table. I looked up and to my dismay, the design structures that circle around the ventilation has been spiled over years of use and lack of cleanliness. They’re stained a black around many openings and I do not think that is a good thing to have in a eatery. I decided to eat outside.

Consistently down right bad in almost every way. Customer service sucks, there is always a wait, oh and don’t order your food online- you’ll actually wait longer than going inside (ironic huh?). At least the food is cooked decently. Management clearly needs to be fired. Even when they run behind they don’t even do anything to make up for it.

Homeless headquarters/Drug Abusers free beverage bar …I wish I could help them all but it’s still unfortunate this chipotle allows them to come in and fill their cups/ water bottles up and I have visually seen the mouth area of the water bottles touching the same heads that you use to fill up your drink. It’s absolutely disgusting. There are no rules or policies it seems after seeing this on multiple occasions. If you visit here be sure to not use the beverage machines. I can assure you that it’s been contaminated

If I could give no stars I definitely would. First of all you are not greeted by employees more like stared down by employees hanging face. Most the time there’s the same female there who will tell you you need to place an order online. Either you place order online and they will literally half portion your order, or you can place it in person and they’ll still do the same thing but if you ask for a little extra meaning the regular portion they should be serving they will give you attitude and charge you for it. Was about $46 on two bowls that were supposed to have extra meat that did not I have never been served so small at a Chipotle like ever and charged extra for guac okay that’s fine but I would have not even got it if I would have seen how discolored it was, but being that she was way ahead of herself while I was still doing the other Bowl I never noticed her plop a whole bunch of it on the top of my bowl. Nevertheless I will not be back I will stick to the location on Union.

This was the worst chipotle I’ve ever had. This is also my first time ever righting a review but it’s so necessary. Everything tastes like cardboard. Even the guacamole tasted like someone put an avocado through a food processor and then slapped it in a bowl. No bueno.
