Great veggie burger. They had both the Beyond and Garden style vegan burgers – sweet potato fries are great. Order on the Habit app and pick up. It’s easier and faster than waiting in line. Not the cheapest food but you get what you pay for.

At first I wasn’t going to leave a review, but my visit here really didn’t sit right with me! The manager greeted everybody who picked up their order but when it was my turn the manager refused to greet me or even look my way. The restaurant wasn’t busy, I could tell they were going out of their way not to look at me or acknowledge me, I happened to be the only one of a different race their. It made me feel very off and unwelcome. Once I got into the car, I reviewed my order and noticed that my fries were practically ice cold. I didn’t bother to go back inside. I’m not sure what I did to deserve cold fries and such cold service, but I do not recommend this establishment. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. My question is, why open a customer service based establishment if you’re not going to treat each customer with equal & respectable service?

Hubby ordered from The Habit Burger Grill yesterday, it was very delicious. He ordered Kids Chicken Bites, Club Sandwich, Onion rings, Burger and Sweet Potato Fries. My Club Sandwich was very filling and the tomato, lettuce tasred very fresh . Our son enjoyed his kid bites. Hubby enjoyed his onion rings,felt it could have been much more and a bigger burger. We would definitely order again.

This child has the worst attitude I’ve ever dealt with at a fast food chain. Curbside order and after witnessing her arguing with the car before me, I knew something might happen. Of course the app isn’t working and I asked her about checking in for curbside pick up and her response was “check my app” and I informed her I did and couldn’t find it, her reply “ well I don’t know what to tell you” as she was walking away. Really. You’re the employee, you work here. But she doesn’t know how to help me. When she finally. Rings the food out 15 mins later, I inform her that she I didn’t appreciate her attitude when she should have been able to show me how to check in. And instead she rolls her eyes and says “well I’m the only one here, so I don’t know what to tell you” no apology, nothing. I told her that her response was rude and unprofessional plus I tipped her before hand. And she laughed and rolled her eyes and just said “okay ma’am” so I asked for the manager. She listened of course since she’s the manager but realistically nothing will happen. It’s sad that fast food workers want more money all the time but there are only a handful of them who have customer service skills and respect for people who can be there parents. She shouldn’t be working there. Sad this is the type of service I received on Mother’s Day. And the type of people the habit employees.

Pretty good food but they never get your order right it’s the one in Puente Hills California #0138 and the manager doesn’t even care. Tonight they even burned the buns. $25.69 for two bad burgers. Not going back anytime soon.
