I ordered a matcha latte at your store #358833. I have not absorbed cows milk in 10 + years ! I called and no one offered to replace it or ask me anything about my experience I did not drink it!! I only use oat or coconut milk!! Cows milk is horrible on my gut – I am experiencing cramps now.. with 1 taste.

I love this Dunkin’ Donuts and it has been the only location I have been to that can get the everything bagel bite minis right. They are so good if you have not tried them. This location can get a little busy at times but they is for a reason they are really good and move the line pretty quickly. I try to order ahead on my phone so it cuts the wait time down.

For the first time at this location, the green tea taste disgusting. It tastes like the McDonald’s unsweet tea from the container that never gets clean properly. I feel a little bit sick right now honestly. Also, the bathroom was closed as a driver. I always look forward to a clean bathroom. It’s understandable, unlike the nasty tea.

Great new location. Love the new upgrades here. Even with all the construction going on around it. You have very little wait time. And there’s also a self serve kiosk if you want. Staff is freindly and they will actually remember your order when you walk in great place

Food and drinks are as expected but bathroom situation is awful. One coed bathroom. Doesn’t seem like it would be to code for a large Dunkin and bask in ribbons combined. Someone should look into that. Then no napkins in the restaurant and bathroom sink doesn’t work plus out of soap. Gross!!! So much for employees washing hands

Oh my goodness, the donuts were disgusting. I had a glaze, jelly filled and chocolate covered. The donuts tasted old and the filling was just bad. I stopped buying Dunkin donuts and never really knew why. Now I know, not worth the money. They didn’t really look appealing either.
