Food was just like any other Subway but the service was terrible. We arrived at 8:30 pm and their lobby closes at 9 pm. After our subs were made we are in the lobby and the two gentlemen continued to remind us that the lobby closes, proceeding with threatening calling the cops if we didn’t. I order 2 foot long subs using the subway app… I order black forest ham sub and a steak and cheese…. I didnt pay attention to the fact that it has a default of what comes on it… all I wanted wanted was lettuce, onion and cheese and vinegar and oil they put all the default stuff and added what I wanted plus they put mayo on it too….the only thing that was right was the bread…my steak and cheese wasn’t made with the bread I ask for… I called and asked if they would exchange.the ham and cheese that had all the other stuff on it and the girl said because I didn’t tell them to remove those other item and that it was my fault that I didn’t say I n didn’t want it with the default items that I would have to pay again for the correct one…..so I ask to speak with the manager and she said the manager wouldn’t be in till Monday….so ill never go back to this subway in Stevensville michigan…. all over a 10 dollar sub……..plus these subs were the worst tasting sub I ever had from subway….

On exit 33 I94 west.this place was really dirty, the employees were stand in a group looking at each other?I finally got to order the young man asked me 3x to repeat my order. Then a young man finally came out of back room with eyes pink staring at me and asking the man who took and prepared my meal what I order 2x then 3 more people came out of back room all with deep red eyes just staring at each other. I had to stop there my grandchild was crying for Subway.when I got to the gas station I threw the sandwich in the garbage and bought her candy. THIS LOCATION SEVERLY NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT

The store was very clean, and we were pressed for time. We managed to get all 4 people through the restroom, and all 4 foot longs made as requested in a very timely manner. I tipped 20% and I wondered who gets the tips when someone adds gratuity to the bill. The entire team did a fantastic job cleaning the restroom, keeping the restaurant looking great, making the sandwiches and handling the money transaction. I’d assume that the gratuity would be divided by the entire crew on a busy large order. A previous subway employee told me that the only tips they ever got was cash and direct from the customer. I hope the store owner at this location is keeping their excellent workers well compensated.
