This is generous as I have had my fair share of bad experiences. Many orders not right, bad attitudes from employees saying they are short and the food looks like that because they arent staffed. Today at 9am I got my food barely wrapped in the bag when they handed me the bag my mcgriddles were everywhere. I have three kids and I work and go to school. I just want to make daily errands as simple as possible. I take care of cranky old men and women for a living, I shouldnt have to do so while picking up a simple order at mcdonalds.

Went to 2400 Nicollet location. Terrible experience! Bought a Happy Meal for grandson…ordered apples, but none included! Discovered after I got home……Grandson crying…..Then tried to call, but number on website wrong! Called McDonald’s headquarters in Chicago to get number, they give me same number!!! Still not working. Never will go there again! How hard is it to count 3 things and put them in bag…apples, chicken and fries!!!! It’s 3 items!!!!

I went to the McDonald’s in East St Paul 1388 Maryland Ave. ordered a $10 bundle got my order through the drive through and upon driving off looked and my order was missing the 2 cheeseburgers. I then had to get back in the drive through line which was long since the inside is closed waited 10 minutes finally get to the window to a rude shift manager who took my receipt and said “are you sure you didn’t get them because I have no extra food” I handed her the bag and said this is what I got I didn’t eat them and wait in this line again for 2 cheeseburgers, I’m sure I didn’t get them. She stood there looking at me and I said again I’m not lying I didn’t get the cheeseburgers, I just want what I ordered. She rolled her eyes took her sweet time getting them and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or having to get back in the long drive thru line. Absolutely horrible service. I also reported this to corporate which probably won’t do anything but this was absolutely ridiculous. RUDE RUDE RUDE

Went to eat at the McDonald’s in Eagan 4565 Erin Lane. You guys served me a fish fillet with mold on my bun my cheese was like plastic like it was old or expired or something I ordered a large fry but you guys gave me medium… I have been vomiting and came down with a fever from eating at this location… almost every single employee was on there phone I was not greeted at all when I entered in to get my refund the manager on duty was really rude and said the reason why she served me cold frys and a moldy sandwhich was because they were busy that is no excuse… I am now sick and also wasted my gas to get to you guys I have pictures I will be sending to you guys as well and also was not even offered another sandwich or hot fries

We granny’s are disappointed didn’t get all our food and got attitude we spent over 30 dollars and got 4 cheese burgers to feed 6 kids I do understand about your shortage of employees but the food don’t have reflect that because we were ripped off and have to prepare food because we did not get what we paid for and no refunds
