What a gem. Ordered the battered fish. Its huge. Hubby ate his but I could have shared and eaten 1/3 of one. Easily the size of 2 buns. Tots are crispy. Got 2 lovely pieces of pie to go. Too full to try why we were dining. We will be back. Probably trying the pizza next. The staff knew every person that walked in the door except us since it was our first trip. True diner feel with the conversations and pictures on the wall.

Really nice staff. Prices were great and the building was very clean inside. Doesn’t have but I believe 5 tables inside. So it doesnt seat many. But service was pretty fast. Loved the decor on the walls. Wasn’t all girly so it made my boyfriend interested to considering were oldie lovers. Thanks for the great experience. Cant wait to go fishing up there and come back for lunch again. See you guys soon!

This is a throw back for sure. I absolutely loved the pictures and memorabilia of the old times. The food was fresh and came out pretty quick. The staff checked up on us a lot and made sure we had everything we needed. The sweet tea was strong like grandma made. I definitely recommend stopping in here. Great food, staff, and for 2 people a $20 should cover it or very close to it. The next time we go we will try the pizza, stroms, and ice cream. This time we had the steak sandwich with fries and the breakfast skillet. Again, the skillet was like home cooking. I have had many dinner skillets but this i believe will be my new #1 for breakfast skillet.

I haven’t found anything in this place that I didn’t like. The cheese curds amazing. The hamburger was juicy and awesome, there’s strawberry rhubarb pie even though somebody else makes it and it’s still delicious. I will be coming here as much as I can
