This is exactly the kind of place I am looking for when I am out on the road. If you are looking for a “taste” of Indiana, this is a place you should try! There is Something about a small-town Mom & Pop that you just can’t get at a chain restaurant. The prices here are both unbelievable and unbeatable. I had to try the Bob-A-Loin sandwich, which was delicious. The portion size was huge. I hope Remington appreciates how lucky it is to have a restaurant like Bob & Connie’s. I travel thousands of miles to find hidden gems like this one. If you are lucky enough to find yourself in Remington, Indiana, you have to try Bob & Connie’s. You will not be disappointed!

Located just a couple of miles off the expressway in Remington, this is an excellent alternative to fast food. Had the pork tenderloin and it was HUGE. Food was tasty and service was friendly. I always appreciate a restaurant which offers Red Gold ketchup (yes, there is a difference)!

Thanks to the patrons before me that left reviews on Google! I was searching for a great pit stop on my long drive and this was the perfect place! Not too far off the highway, easy to find, and very welcoming! The service and food were fabulous. I enjoyed the buffalo chicken wrap and sidewinders. I’ve been sharing with all my friends and family if the ever pass by on their adventures!

Wow, what a gem! Fantastic find on our journey north! Excellent food/service/atmosphere! My wife had a salad she could not stop raving about. Very fresh veggies and outstanding homemade dressing. I had a basic cheese burger and fries, both of which were excellent. The fries were the most perfectly cook I’ve had in my 60+ years!

Catch of the day is very good. I’m a over the Rd trucker and I will say I’m happy I stopped. Very good catfish Cajun. Will be back. Slaw must try and I don’t even like slaw but it was very tasty.

It was all right for a late lunch, but theit specials didn’t start until five. It seems a bit bare in the bar room. They do not have a wide variety of bourbon, but a great selection of beers. Some will find the price is right.

The service was great with a friendly staff. For the most part, the food was very good. I would avoid the chicken gizzards, though. They were as tough as an old shoe. Other than that, it was great.
