Absolutely disappointing with the staff. We came in earlier this evening to the Casey’s on East 25th St., and the dark haired lady who was checking us out was way too busy talking with her coworker the whole time. Never told us our total, offered a bag, or greeted other customers who came in. This is not appropriate customer service whatsoever.

I ordered a pizza with jalapenos online. I get there to pickup the pizza and the lady is cutting it when I get to the counter. I ask her if they got the jalapenos on it (because the last time they didn’t either) she says “yup its under the cheese”. I tell her “awesome, thanks”! I get home and there isn’t a single jalapeno anywhere.

The worst breakfast pizza ever, like no cheese sauce, and all they had was ham, and it was lunch meat ham so much of it that the bottom was completely soak and fell apart right away! The staff are either rude or smell like B.O… just super disappointed on how down hill and how low the standard have gotten there…

They never clean! I’ve been in there 3 days in a row and the elder ladies are busy chit chatting with everyone else instead of finishing their job. Both coffee pots are blinking with need cleaning and the cappuccino machines are always laying in pieces everywhere.I want a coffee CASEYS. Why does it got to be like this?!

Not quite as large of a selection as some Casey’s stores that I have been to. They do however have a friendly staff and are able to assist customers as well as answer your questions confidently. Overall not a bad place to go.
