New bar! Outstanding too. Pool table, riding bull, full bar and really good food. I posted a pic of the menu. It’s not very big, but it’s really delicious. Service is outstanding. Taryn was my bartender /server. Great knowledge of unique drinks (try the Honey Lemonade) and very personable. They also use real grenedine, not Rose’s. I absolutely recommended 127 Saloon if you’re in Meridian and looking for a drink with more than just a bite to eat.

Love the environment, the staff and great selection of amazing drinks! Several made with local liquors! The Huckleberry Press and Old Fashioned with 7 Devils Whiskey are amazing! I highly suggest the Nachos or any of the food really. I can’t wait to come back for country dancing every Thursday-Saturday at 9pm.

The 127 Saloon has a total makeover from the old 127 club. A beautiful back-bar, a dozen or so beers on tap, good food, good service, a decent dance floor, mechanical bull, pool table and great atmosphere. We had a great time there and I recommend it highly.

My friend and I were so excited to try this bar, but were definitely disappointed. After sitting down we waited quite a bit for anyone to help us. Once our server came she was sweet and took care of us. We ended up ordering 3 different drinks and did not like any of them. The vodka cranberry tasted like it was made from watered down concentrate, the long island icetea was pretty much just sour mix, and the huckleberry vodka and sprite tasted like cold syrup. We also ordered a fresh dip sandwich and were disappointed in that as well. The au jus as you can see in the picture was more of an olive oil mixture that wasn’t very good. My friend also had to text me from the bathroom and ask me to get her toilet paper. We will not be going back any time soon.

Yay, a wonderful place to relax, have a cool drink & good food. Went on a late Wednesday afternoon and sat out on the patio. Conner was our server and did a great job. Companion got the salad with sliced pork – she loved it, but the bowl was filled to the rim and it was difficult to slice the meat and keep it in the bowl. Maybe use a larger bowl? I got the fried green beans. Perfect chaser for my huckleberry mixed drink.
