Taste wise as usual as like other Chipotle outlets. During my visit, the server was down and my card was not accepted, so I ended up buying less than what I actually wanted to eat. No bill was provided but they collected some amount from me , which I paid without even knowing whether that’s the right amount I was bound to pay. Also I was seeing some people inside the premises asking for help/food, which could have been avoided by the store management and provided a good atmosphere to eat.

Overall clean and good portions. The front end portions were good and service was accurate. Back end (salsa, etc.) Made a mistake on burrito and added unrequested salsa, they weren’t given an opportunity to correct due to time restraints so cannot speak to that.

We continue to order from this location because we are optimistic people who think that maybe the next time, it will be right. We order directly from chipotle. Sadly, it’s wrong every time. Most recently. I ordered double chicken, cheese, and fajita veggies. I received black beans and rice and a little cheese and chicken.

The most disrespectful people I’ve ever met. There is no one in line, no one standing at the desk. I walk in to simply ask about my order that I placed ahead of time, and am completely ignored. I see my order sitting down on the table, but when I attempt to ask if I can have it, I’m completely ignored. I’m even looked at and then just ignored. 10 minutes later after sitting with no one asking me anything, I’m finally given my order. It had been sitting on the side for like 10 minutes now getting cold. Very horrible service from this worker, as he was extremely rude and disrespectful. Why order food to go if you’re forced to wait for workers to finish sweeping and cleaning before being handed your order that’s getting cold. Very poor customer service. The worker is posted in the picture. If you see them, assume you won’t get your food until it’s cold.

I have got take away here a lot of times and in comparison to other Chipotle outlets in the area, the employees here are very frugal when it comes to any order I have taken for every single ingredient. The food portions here are way smaller than any other chipotle and this is for any time you visit, be it morning, evening or afternoon.

I’m generally a pretty understanding person, but I think this is the worst Chipotle location that I’ve visited in any city. Ingredients (especially rice) are generally undercooked and mobile orders are never ready on time. The last time I placed a mobile order I arrived at 9pm (an hour before close) and they told me they were out of rice for the day and wouldn’t be making more. They also were unable to refund my order “because it was placed through the app”. I love chipotle but this location has really discouraged me from ordering.
