Great food….you pick your ingredients including garlic, ginger and sauces. The only part that wasn’t amazing was the bowls. We had to look for a clean one.

My family and I were really excited to check this place out. It was my first time experiencing a mongolian grill. The employees were very friendly and a joy to talk with, the restaurant was clean. It was not very busy which I was surprised. The food was delicious but we will most likely not return. For the portion/price range, we left still hungry. We were also charged $9 for our 3 cups of tap water. As far as I knew, Mongolian Grills were an all you can eat experience and we have never at any establishment been charged for tap water before so this was a surprise. I would return for a lunch as I said, the food is delicious.

I’ve been visiting this location for roughly 7 years, and have enjoyed every single trip. I can say with confidence that I never had a bad experience. When you’re picking your own ingredients, it’s pretty easy to have a good experience. I visited this location again recently and could immediately tell something had changed. This location is under new ownership. With this being said, it no longer carries the same value it once did. The food appeared aged, almost as if it wasn’t properly stored. The atmosphere here is not what it once was. I understand things change and staff will ultimately change, but this was not a good change. The food was over cooked, way too much hot sauce added when only a little was requested, the rice was caked and in poor condition, the restaurant was dirty with sticky floors, the staff appeared abrasive, and the prices have gone up while quality has declined. I won’t be returning. I will conclude this review in saying that Ford, the original owner, ran a very tight ship, and he will be sorely missed. RIP Mongolian Grill.

I’ve been going here for years and it WAS always one of my favorite establishments in town. I came here very often so I always loved to see the friendly staff and enjoyed the customization of your food. But unfortunately this place has gone down hill! They’ve apparently increased their prices but decreased their customer service. They got all new staff that poorly represents the business by providing horrible and very unprofessional service. I understand enjoying your work environment and coworkers, but there is a time and place for certain actions and conversations. With the new cooks the food was very distasteful since they barely cooked it making half my noodles hard and over watered it taking away from the flavors I added. Needless to say with my overall recent experience I won’t be going back.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found this place near us when me and my husband were looking for a place to eat on our car trip. It was a real deal – great food and nice people. It’s a simple place but I honestly believe that these kind of places are the best. Plus where else you’re gonna eat Mongolian grill???

Great little spot with delicious stir fry options! Be sure to load up on veggies, and try one of the recommended sauce combinations. These people know flavor!

Made a stop here for lunch and was not disappointed. There was an array of vegetables, meats and sauces to choose from. Sizes of bowls were small to large in size. Discovered theres a way to arrange everything to get maximum amount for the $$ according to repeat customers. Veggies, loose leaf veggies and meat, apply sauce, then top with a heaping mound of noodles. I shall try next visit. Even the price was reasonable for what you get so I have no complaints. Rice and a chicken noodle kind of egg drop soup was included. Don’t recommend getting water tasted like it was straight from tap. Overall I enjoyed the food an atmosphere. Waitresses were friendly and so was our cook. If you’re in Cheyenne be sure to stop in and try this hidden treasure.

The food was great. The sweet tea was also really good…I was told it was just a Lipton mix, but there was a fake sugar taste to it. I may or may not have drank too much.

The experience is cool!! Watching the guys cook on the big round flat top, go round and round is neat. The cooks are always pleasant and nice. The food seems prepared fresh and generally always fully stocked. 3 sizes are available Sm Med and Lrg. Med bowl runs about $9 for dinner and your almost always guaranteed leftovers. You get too choose what you want in it as far as veggies, meat and sauces. You can get complimentary rice and soup. The girls that help seat and check out customers are on and off and ya never know what you will get. You will leave full and satisfied!! So good.
