Worst steak at a restaurant I’ve ever got. Ordered a medium-rare ribeye. Got a tough, well-done sirloin. Sent it back twice. Offered a discount, but it wasn’t applied to the bill. Will never eat here again.

I waited in drive through for 23 minutes. When I finally received my order it was cold and soggy from sitting. There were 2 cars in front of me before the window. The one directly in front of me drove off through a dirt field after waiting so long on the car at the window to get their order. They should have been directed to drive around if their order was going to take sooooo long! Never mind making everyone else’s food cold and soggy!

We ordered online and when we went there, it wasn’t ready because their printer was jammed and didn’t relay our order to the chef. However, we were compensated with free drinks and dessert which made up for the little bit of time we had to wait in order to get our meal.

The Steak fingers are great, but they are not on the menu. You have to ask for them. We got great service from Selmee. She was on on point. Unfortunately, my fries and onion rings were cold. My wife got the chicken fried chicken (which was very good), but her mashed potatoes were also cold. Besides the kitchen slacking on the sides, it was a very good meal. Maybe when we go again, they can earn that 5th star.

Had to pull forward and wait at drive thru to be given burnt onion rings. The quality has gone down and the kids working the counter could care less. I would take your biz elsewhere. Not worth the stop.

The Clock Restaurant in Spartanburg is good food. The waitresses were very nice & helpful. We decided on the Triple Decker Club Plate plus a side order of onion rings. It was really good. I’d like to encourage you to go by & enjoy this delicious food.

I can’t speak for all of the food, but I got the Shrimp Basket with half fries and half onion rings. It was just okay. I could have bought that out of the frozen section at the grocery store and it may have been better. The prices are good though.

Came with a group from church. Took forever to get service. Pastor had a bug in his drink crawling out of his glass. Took it to the attention of the worker and we were supposed to get a discount on our bills. None of us received a discount. We actually were over charged by almost $5. I looked at the receipt when we got home. We ordered 2 of the Sunday specials but charged us regularly prices.
