As a fast food restaurant, not bad, but I didn’t feel anything like shawarma there. Normal Fast food. There is nothing Greek there except salads, which I consider international. But compared to other fast foods, it’s not even very bad. , The location is excellent right off the main providence road. there are all services.

We ordered take out tonight and it was great! I couldn’t believe how quick it was prepared and nothing was missing. We got the fried shrimp, tenders, and chicken Pita. The portions were great and food was hot. We will definitely be back!

Sometimes we get decent hot food, most of the time we wind up with lukewarm food that seems like it was left out for a while then microwave – especially the chicken tenders and fries. Always has that weird soft microwave texture except for the 1 or 2 times we got lucky and got hot crispy fresh tasting food. Please make sure people are paying for fresh food not stuff that seems old and reheated.

We had been going there for the past 19 years and never had a problem until this past Friday. It’s not the customer’s fault if the servers are rushing and don’t count the items correctly as they pack to go items, especially when the customer asks to verify if everything has been packed. Imagine returning home with food to eat with your family to find out that two items were missing. While being placed on hold for nine minutes, I drove back to the restaurant. Granted, I was angry yo waste my time and gas and not yo mention, I was coming home to eat a cold dinner, I did not appreciate the young manager Olivia’s lack of customer service. She had an attitude and was accusatory and implied I was lying. Further to that point, she placed the two items that I returned for in a bag and passed it to me like I was a dog with no apology. Suffice it to say, I checked her attitude real good because I couldn’t comprehend the level of disrespect I received. I entered a complaint on the Showmars website and still have yet to hear from someone. It is my hope that maybe someone from upper management will see this review and respond to me. I will not return to this restaurant, again, so long as they have undertrained managers working there.

Showmars is consistently very good BUT what makes them GREAT is their customer service. We came in with our little one, they took notice and before we could even order, they already had a high chair set up for us!! It was so helpful!! Someone is always coming around asking if we need anything or a refill. Everyone is happy, nice, and helpful. Dare I say, they’ve one upped Chick-Fil-A!!
