Went today to the drive thru. Very rude employee told me to order online next time. I never had this kinda treatment. I didnt say anything baack to him. Employee older man. I will not recomend this location to anybody. I made a complaint to corporate on proper treatment to regular customers. Very didapointed.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went through the drive thru for dinner yesterday and the employees and manager are extremely rude! I’m not sure how these rude individuals are even employed to be honest. This is not the Jimmy John’s culture. Sadly, it’s the only one in Laredo. It’s not ok to treat people poorly. Do your job with respect and integrity. If not, find another job! This restaurant needs a new owner and management team that will make Laredoans want to return without hesitation.

Order 3 slims, and got overcharged for one of the sandwiches over 4.25, as I was in a hurry did not notice until I got home. This is the first time this happens to me. I’m very disappointed.

The staff was night. I came in with them having less then an hour before closing time. I was disappointed as they said they ran out of bread and only had slices of wheat bread. I felt that I should have been given a discount for the inconvenience. The sandwich was good.

Delicious! Great prices, amazing value. We had the Beach Club and a #9, I think it’s a spicy Italian. We got 2 16 inch on the 9 grain bread and split them. We brought most of them home. Our bill was barely over 30 bucks and the sevice was great too. I wish I’d taken a picture. Can’t wait to go back and try the tuna.
