Upon arriving to Chicago, everyone kept recommending to try this place and get the “mild chicken”!! Firstly the establishment alone needs a few updates and could work on there customer services. Secondly the mild wings were GREAT!! Would had loved to try more but due to the poor service I settled for just chicken.

I stopped at Harold’s Chicken during the time I was attending the Toastmasters International Convention. This is a small establishment but because of how delicious their chicken is there is always a line of people. I ordered wings, breasts, and fries for me and my family. The cost was low even with a lot of food, and most of all it was delicious as we enjoyed every bite. I would give them a 5 but sometimes the wait time is about 15mins because everything is made fresh and they get a lot of orders. I look forward to stopping at Harold’s next time I am in Chicago.

No point in calling in your order. They give you a 20-30 minute wait via the phone. Then you wait for an additional 30 minutes. This is not an in-and-out spot. So please reserve at least an hour and 30 minutes. The food is decent if you are drunk, but not worth the wait.

This has to be the worst Harold’s ever, I called in to place an order and the lady told me 20 mins. I go in and none of the food is ready. Why would you tell someone 20 mins then. The whole point of pickup is for the food to be ready when I get there so I can just leave. The lady looked so dumb when I called her out. There is one near Roosevelt. Just go to that location

Chicken was delicious! The mild sauce is just absolutely perfectly spiced with some sweetness. The fries were a bit soggy but it fit well with the sauces up meal from the 4 wing dinner meal!

Overall 3.5 stars. Wings are okay. I live 40 mins away so by the time I got home the chicken is cold and soggy, so I ain’t judging the wings. The mild sauce tastes very similar to ketchup. The first time I ordered, I got the mild sauce on the side and I thought they misplaced the sauce with ketchup. The second time I got both mild and spicy sauce on the side to compare. It really does tastes like ketchup.

Ordered on UE and it was old food. I ordered 4 wings and picked over 2. Roughly 30 minutes after ingestion, I been physically ill. I have the chill and an extremely upset stomach. I’ll never go back to any Harold’s again. This just ruined a hometown favorite. The brand has taken a serious hit across this city
