I recently stopped by while running work errands. The owner was very pleasant and had wonderful hospitality. The food was not what I thought it would be. While placing my order, neighborhood locals, were hyping the food up. Of course, that definitely peaked my interest more. The fried chicken was fried to perfection. It just didn’t have the taste of anything. Also, the greens definitely had to have been can. I’m country, I know the difference. The macaroni and cheese was also unseasoned. I asked for a roll and was given cornbread, I won’t be returning but I did appreciate the owner. He’s so nice.

Good food. Great service and conversation with the owner. Class act! Food was pretty good. Tried the meatloaf. Well seasoned. Good portion. The Mac and cheese was SOO good. The little cheese crusts from the side of the pan is what I look for. Had plenty!!! Yams and cornbread were alright. Nothing to write home about. But his service was A-1. For that I’ll definitely come back again and try something different. And the prices were really fair for the portion and what I ordered.

That food was GREAT! The chicken wings are the best! Nothing compared to other shops who give you fat broken bone wings. Theirs was so good you can eat the meat off in one bite! Waffles were soft and sweet. I love the salt fish very different and the home fries just like some good ole food you get from ya Granny. Delicious and I do recommend!

Their beef bbq and the pork bbq was awesome! The cornbread was a natural wonder. The greens however were can. The rice and gravy was hard. Overall though the food was delivered to me hot. Their location is a bit hidden and private but I believe worth the find.
