We love hot bowl! I feel like it’s sort of a Sugar Land secret and most people don’t know just how delicious their food is! Hot Bowl meals are 100% customizable! You get to walk through the line and select each individual ingredient you’d like to add to your bowl. Then, you drop it off with the chef to be prepared! The staff is so friendly! This place is super affordable, too. Our family loves to stop into hot bowl for a meal!

We have been her before but this by far was the most memorable experience. My family and I had family in from out of state and they have never been to a restaurant like this where they live. It starts out fine but as we were sitting the waitress was checking on us ok but toward the end of the meal, the waitress started to rush us. She started to grab the bowls as people were still eating. asking if we wanted to go bowls. We were all surprised by this she then told us that they were closing early to start painting the restaurant but we could stay there was not rush. We just paid and going up and left. Seriously she needs to be retrained. That is not how you treat you customers.

I am extremely disgusted with my dining experience in this place. It started off with a pushy front desk lady who never let us sit first before she asks for our orders. She will offer appetizer, etc and if you refuse, her face changes. You ask for service water for a drink, despite it is available, she will never offer it and will give bottled water to charge you extra. She is full of negative vibes. She is too pushy and rude. I never had experience such a crew like her. The other service crew who maybe only two of them could have been better but she overshadowed them with negativity. Not one minute I see her face lit with joy. She hovers around you when you bring your choice to the grill area and will unpolitely instruct you to sit–please take note her tone of voice– she needed to attend courtesy 101. I overheard her talk bad about a customer when he left. If you needed a peaceful ambience with great tasting Mongolian Stir-fry, I truly not recommend this place.

Fresh ingredients , large selection of meats and seafood, friendly people and service. We need to build our own bowl by selecting the veggies, meat, chicken, seafood, egg, sauce, etc.. it was so tasty and healthy. A must try place.

The place is run by a family, and the concept is what we know from any Mongolian grill. If the food doesn’t turn out good, it’s your own fault. My issues with the place started as we walked in. The cashier was very pushy, trying to get us to order appetizers. We would have liked a second to consider our options. Then, when she handed us the bowls for us to gather our vegetables and proteins, it turned me off to see a piece of raw chicken from the previous patron still in my bowl. A cursory rinse between patrons seems basic hygiene.

The family is very nice. Always a pleasure being remembered and greeted by the owner since l have been going there for the last 4years. Many choices to pick from and great prices. Food is very delicious. See you again in 6 months or 1 year.

This was me and my wife’s first visit here. We had no idea what to expect. It is a really cool concept. You are handed a large bowl for veggies and a small bowl for protein. I was not sure how the portions worked but we both needed boxes for what we could not finish. In other words great portion size! There are 2 noodles large Mongolian and rice noodles. You pick your own spices and sauces. I will add a little more next time. We love the spice. The food is then prepared on a huge hibachi. The food is so fresh and delicious. Wait staff are great and has a down home quite atmosphere. We also had the best spring rolls I our life!!! I couldn’t be happier! So glad we stopped in for a try. As far as the other reviews of people complaining. If you like drinking sink water from Gringos have at it brah! I would always prefer a bottle of filtered water!!!

Build your own bowl, you chose the veggies meat and sauce. The food is fresh, and the bowls are delicious. I think this may be one of my new favorite restaurants. I would have showed a picture of the food but it was so good we all ate it before I could get a chance.

Wow, I cant still can’t believe how good it was. This meal was awesome. You get to build your own bowl and add the seasonings you want and desire and then the chef prepares it. Customer service is a A+. The owner she is a ray of sunshine. She makes sure you are satisfied before you leave. It was a great experience and my family and I will definitely return.
