Soda was flat,place was a filthy mess and the price you pay for the food you expect the food to be a little more voluptuous. But no. I pay 20$ for what looks like 2 soft shell tacos and a crunch wrap supreme and a flat, warm soda. I’m very disappointed. I may be in the ER tonight if I get sick from food poisoning it is so filthy in here. Considering asking for my money back but I don’t like hurting peoples feelings.

It was dark, too quiet (no background music) and cold. The food was room temperature at best. All of the tables were filthy…….there were no customers eating in and no drive thru business. The tables should have been spotless. I usually give plaxes a break but it was just gross. Also the Pepsi and mtn dew were out and they knew it and did nothing.

Taco Bell has gone downhill fast. I gave them another chance today (8/11/23) and they were disappointing again. Overpriced garbage with small portions. I got the burrito supreme and taco combo. It cost me almost $11. The taco barely had any meat on it and was mostly lettuce. The burrito was the same way. It took over 12 minutes for my order and there was only one table that was occupied and 5 employees in the back. Sorry taco bell, you lost another customer.

I usually order the same thing every time but this time I decided to get nachos and cheese. To my dismay the chips were stale and tasted like they were years past their expiration date. They did refund my money and were very professional and polite about it so the service was just fine.

Always a messed up crunch wrap. And burritos. Ask for no tomatoes or sour cream, and you’ll definitely Get tomatoes and sour cream! It’s like they don’t even look at the order details. They just make it how it is originally. Not considering that maybe we don’t want it because we are allergic!? Yup. I want an order that may kill me. 🙂 plz add extra tomatoes!! 😉 thank you! I won’t be back, ‘cause I’ll be six feet under.. 😀 staff is very polite each time I go, which makes writing a bad review unsettling. But. Y’all be wearing fake smiles, (I can relate.) and trynna get away with murder. Please stop trynna murderize me..
