I’m so happy that I found Lombardi’s! So far I’ve had the pizza, wings, and grilled chicken wrap here and they have become instant favourites. The grilled chicken wrap is fresh, flavourful, and filling. The pizza is consistently in my top 3. Definitely a new favorite!

Halee was great and attentive. Food was amazing. The ambiance is local, developed business, with bar and pool table. More of a traditional locals style feel. I had a calzone that was awesome. Kid food available. It Italian/American mainstay food with non- traditional options.

Placed an order with this restaurant through DoorDash. After almost two hours I decided to contact the store for an update. The gentleman who answered stated my order was on its way. So an additional 30 minutes later I received the pizza that’s attached in the photo. I’m new to the area and have never ordered from this restaurant before and I will never order again…BEWARE

Ordered online: mushrooms, onions, pepperoni. Received mushrooms, onions, green peppers. In addition, the pizza had the cheese and toppings slid to the corner of the box. See pictures attached. Low ratings and reviews are concurrent to our FIRST time ordering from Lombardi’s. Never again and good luck to new comers.

Ordered a extra large pizza (half pepperoni/half sausage) and 10 wings PLAIN w/ sauce on the side. They got my whole order wrong. Pizza came with both pepperoni and sausage on one side and the other just plain cheese. To add insult to injury the pizza was mildly burnt (as you can see in the picture). Furthermore, wings came WITH SAUCE on them and additional sauce on the side. I like the place. The employees are nice and welcoming but getting my entire order wrong is VERY FRUSTRATING. Not sure if I’ll order take out much longer.

I orginally had a bad experience with Lombardis, namely confusion in the actual price of my order (paid $22 then asked me to pay $55). Ultimately i was only charged $22. When i called to speak to someone the girl that answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me.

Went here before the pandemic and wasn’t impressed the first time. Just tried it again recently, and it only got worse. The server was rude, pretty much complaining that our order was going to make too much work for her, a salad. My girlfriend ordered their Philly cheese stake sub. Which was so over cooked, over salted, and it was more like Jerky. My son ordered spaghetti, which had water in it like they didn’t drain it. We also ordered garlic sticks, which came out after our food and had no garlic on it. It was pretty much just a white pizza. Honestly, we will not be going back.

I like a warm atmosphere, family owned feel, and good pizza. I live a mile away, and this is my spot for those 3 things. Food comes out fast, staff are friendly (ask for server Haley!), great experience.

Purchased their online coupon of $25 of food for $12.50. Called to confirm how to use the coupon before I actually purchased it; they told me for Take Out I could place the order and then apply the coupon when I picked up and paid. However, when my son went to pick up the 2 expensive specialty pizzas ( they were just ok, not great), they said the coupon was for dine in only and would not apply the already paid for coupon!

Our pizza literally arrived cold 40 minutes after the ETA and these fools had the nerve to be like what do you want us to do , get a manager or some kind of service provider that can actually handle your poor service issues . Completely unacceptable. For a neighborhood business that we support for years to be treated like you don’t give AF it was noted . We will take our business else where . Complete jerks
